“We cannot say enough wonderful things about our remodeling experience with Bert Gleicher and Associates. We had heard all of the horror stories and it seemed a foregone conclusion that every project goes over budget and takes longer than anticipated. In our case, we stayed on budget and met our deadline. Bert and his team were always accessible, patient, reliable, prompt and detail oriented. On top of that, Bert is a lovely, trustworthy and kind man. The quality of the work is simply amazing. We could not be happier with our beautiful two-story guest house (which includes two gorgeous bathrooms and the most beautiful built-in cabinets I have ever seen), new driveway, patio, and outdoor space. Bert transformed our least favorite part of the house and property into our favorite. We know it’s crazy, but part of us is sad the project is over because we miss seeing the guys every day. “We are a big family so I searched for my dream kitchen with a price I could afford. What I got was a cute from Green works was a fabulous kitchen. I believe in a sustainable and eco-friendly approach to my kitchen. I decided 10 Elements for my Dream Kitchen as following: 1. Open shelving and lift-up doors for upper cabinets 2. Full-extension drawers on bottom 3. Double Ovens 4. Warming drawers 5. Farmhouse sink with one or two smaller sinks 6. Two dishwashers 7. Purified water 8. Pot-filler faucet 9. Large island with lots of bar stools 10.Large refrigerator and freezer I am 100% happy with my super kitchen. Chandra Khatri”

“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”

“Create Construction helped me to renovate my bathroom in a 70 years old house. I had very short timeframe for them to complete the job before we moved in, and they nailed it. Very professional and experienced team. Yarin is very patient and detailed oriented, he always checked with me on all the details of the design. He has good understanding of how things works, and the whole project went smoothly without any big dramas. They are also always on top of any issues, and try to fix it ASAP. There was one night the team stayed until 11pm to finish the job so I can have the bathroom ready to use. They are the first contractor I have used, and I think I’m very lucky to have such a great experience with them.”

“I hired Highway Remodeling to get my New roof done. we ended up replacing our old HVAC system and we change the attic insulation as well. the communication was great from the first conversation and the guys who worked in my property was making sure that everything stays clean every day after work is done. i had few bad experiences with other contractors in the past but this time project was done in less then 2 weeks and i can say it with confidence This company really care about there clients! I'll indefinably recommend this company!!”
