“Years ago I needed about 600 feet of leaky seamed gutters replaced on a 4 story apartment building for senior citizens. Not a small job. Home Love came in with the best price and a thorough explanation as to how the process would go with the safety of the residents being of the utmost importance. They worked on the edge of that pitched roof with all workers wearing safety harnesses and roped securely to anchor points but watching them work up there from the ground made my palms sweat. They replaced the seamed gutters with seamless, lifting each section from the ground to 4 stories and did a fine job. Fast forward to a recent driving wind and rain event. A section of gutter became dislodged from its hanger and there were damaged/missing shingles as well. I called Home Love to get the gutter fixed thinking that because it had been eight years or more from the original install this would take a while and would cost big bucks but the repair was made the next day at no charge. That's standing behind your work!”

“We used Bay Harbour Homes to lead us through a complete kitchen renovation, reconfiguration of garage space into a dining area and construction of new utility space. I can say without reservation that the experience with Bay Harbour Homes was not what I was expecting and we were extremely pleased. Tom and his staff were beyond professional, attentive, considerate, and respectful. From the very first meeting Tom and his staff were open to our ideas and helps us work through the positives and negatives of each. They provided an updated, detailed schedule of activities that covered three weeks (current week and 2 weeks out). This was very important to us since we occupied the house during the 2.5 months of construction. They provided daily communication of events and issues on site and laid out all of our options. Of particular note was the fact that in the middle of the project I had to go out of country for business for a week and this concerned my wife. Tom and his staff made sure that they were on site before she left in the morning with the kids and were there when she got home in the afternoon to go over everything with her. They were explicit and non-technical in their explanations of what occurred that day and what to expect for the next. They went so far as to coordinate moving the washer and dryer around some of the activities to ensure that the laundry could be done without having to go to a laundry mat. Bay Harbour's selection of subs for work was also amazing. Each of the subs held the level of respect for us and our ideas. Each sub was there when scheduled and completed the work mostly on time. In the few occasions that they ran over both Tom and sub gave us the heads up early with an explanation and a plan to stay on task. We will be using Bay Harbour Homes on our next project and strongly recommend that you do too.”
