“Our experience with David Bauer Custom Homes was first class. They remodeled our kitchen and put on an addition to our home that included a sunroom with fireplace, an exercize room and a greatly enlarged master closet. Under the addition they put a basement which contains a man cave, a wine cellar and a lot of storage space. The company is professional and accommodating in its desire that the finished job be just what you want. Suggestions were made that enhanced the final outcome of our project. The detail of the workmanship is something we really enjoy in our home. We give this company a definite thumbs up!”

“Nancy Bruce helped my husband and I transform our builder grade kitchen into a beautiful custom kitchen. With Nancy's help we were able to use our cabinets and rebuild them to fit an amazing Farmhouse Sink. Nancy suggested changing our island by making it larger, adding wonderful legs to it and having it custom painted to be a distressed farmhouse black with a glaze. With her advice we tied in the black island with a great black tiled backsplash and a granite with black flecks in it. Nancy kept us on budget and kept our timing on schedule. We couldn't have been happier with her help. When it came time for us to move from that home-we called Nancy again and used her design expertise to help us stage for a quick sell during a bad seller's market.”

“We love our newly built IQ Custom Home! Our 2,800+ sq. ft. walk-out project was a collaborative effort between the IQ construction management team and ourselves from the initial design concept to the final walk-through, and is one of a kind! The end result was a beautiful and structurally sound house that we are proud to call home. Jeff Decker was willing to address all concerns and was persistent in finding viable solutions to them. We have been tremendously pleased with his follow-up both during and after the build, and have greatly appreciated his continued helpfulness in answering questions, providing information, and bringing back sub-contractors when needed even now that we have assumed residence. I find that kind of character, follow-through, and willingness to stand behind ones work product refreshing!”
