Karen and Butch are the most competent, conscientious and reasonably priced contractors I have dealt with during my 30 plus years of building and maintaining properties. They are not just contractors; they are creative problem solvers. Are you wondering how to plan your new Kitchen? Karen has the software to make the visible plan. She combines this with creative and practical ideas. We had a third floor attic space which Karen converted to a magnificent retreat for our grown children to stay during visits. I recently contracted with a window and door company for a small, three door job. Big mistake! KBR was called in at the last minute to clean up the mess. Karen took my distress call and immediately got the rot situation under control and the building sealed off to the outside in the middle of a cold New England winter.
