“We wanted our bathroom completely redone and Rufino of Labra Design Build handled the whole project from start to finish. I gave him my list of must haves and he designed a digital rendering of what it would look like. From demolition to the final result he was always clean, courteous and considerate of our lives as he worked around us. We love our new bathroom and wish we had done it sooner. We would not hesitate to hire Labra Design Build for any other project and we highly recommend him.”

“In June 2012, Father & Son completed a total tear out and remodel of our small 1950s bathroom. From the first visit by their salesman, to the last visit by Mat Vivona, we could not be more pleased! All the trades were wonderful - everyone took great care to keep our home as clean as possible, ensure our kitties did not get out, and the workmanship was outstanding, especially the tile work. Overall, everyone was very willing to work with me on any requests I had, and the project was completed on time and within budget (taking into account some surprises inside the walls). Since the job has been completed, I can't say enough good things about Father & Son, and have recommended them highly to anyone considering home improvements in the area.”

“Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“Italy American Construction was exactly the company I was looking for. I was able to deal with the owners directly and was treated like family. I quickly received the feeling they would satisfy my project needs even before any work had started. During the consultation I worked with one of their architects to discuss design ideas and I was able to receive accurate pricing for each idea. The project timing, customer service, and attention to detail was first rate. I was impressed with their ability to make such a large decision seem like a walk in the park. I have referred them to friends and family and they have delivered for them as well. I highly recommend this company.”

“If you are seeking quality work at a fair price L and M Restoration should be a top consideration for your project. I have used them on two large projects which included, reconstruction, plaster work, painting, floor sanding, insulation and replacing doors. I found their work to be quality work and what we agreed would happen, happened. The best part for me was that I knew what I wanted and the ideas they shared with me enhanced the outcome. One other small but important part....they were neat, and clean up occurred timely. It was an all around good outcome and they make sure your satisfied before the project is completed.”

Steve, the builder, included free upgrades and even after closing, was very attentive to making sure the house was build to satisfaction. He consulted at every turn and made appropriate recommendations. He is the definition of a preferred custom home builder. Jeff, Owner of a ZD home (purchased in 2018)”
