I love that he always offers options on materials, not just high vs low, but also the benefits of each option. Within a day or two of your appointment he emails you a written estimate which includes the cost of supplies, materials, labor, and the amount of time to complete the job. While there's always the caveat that if they start the job and run into problems the price could escalate, I've never had this happen and they're always able to do the work for the quoted price. Only once did I use a different local company and I regretted it (the other company flat out refused to provide me with a quote then charged me an insane price for a small job and refused to provide an itemized materials list). Needless to say I learned my lesson and now Gibson Home Services is the only home repair company I use. They're based in Warrenton, VA but service all of Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria, Prince William, etc).”
