“Gary remodeled our screened in porch. He wrapped the old cedar supports in vinyl, replaced the screens with Ezy- breeze screens and windows, built a deck and stairs. He completed the project in a timely manner and kept the site clean. I plan on using Design & Build Remodelers in our future projects. Gary is precise, exacting and takes pride in his work. “I have had the pleasure of working with Nels Ostedgaard on many projects of remodeling through the years. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. I love his high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality. Our jobs were always done with care and precision. He is a gifted woodcrafter. “The remodeling process was new to us. Wayne and his crews have walked us through each step of the process with the highest level of professioalism, that I can't say enough good things. They have been true partners in the remodel process, adapting to changes in plans, suggesting new ideas and handling unexpected construction suprises with respect and ease. They manage sub-contractors exceptionally and all projects they have done for us have been within the bid guidelines and time frame set. The crews that come in to our home are top notch. They again, are very respectful and trust worthy. They work hard, excellent craftmanship, and clean up each night. They did the first job so well, we have them back for 2 more jobs. I have many more projects planned for the future!!!!”

“We purchased a home built by Martin Combs in North Liberty and we love it. It has a very efficient layout and it's not a "cookie cutter" type of house. We also appreciate that they used quality products to build the home. You can tell they care about their work. And after the purchase we had their direct number in case anything came up, which unfortunately something did: the city forgot to remove the cap on the sewage line. Martin Combs was not at fault but they still took care of everything and worked with the city to get it corrected. I highly recommend these guys!”
