Elliotts built a small kitchen extension for us. We were very impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Throughout the process communication was very good . The whole team did a great job and were all very friendly. We are very happy with the extension and new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I recently used Elliotts for a project at my house in Cuddington. The team were professional, punctual and highly skilled in what they did. Elliot construction recently completed a two story extension on our home. The work was completed to a very high standard and we are over the moon with the job. We were very impressed throughout with the communication from Richard, Gavin, Brendan and the team using a WhatsApp group which was great. The invoicing process was very clear and kept us up-to-date throughout and the whole team were very tidy and friendly throughout. Would highly recommend!

We would certainly recommend Elliott Construction for Building work. From the moment we met them to the moment the project was finished, they showed professionalism and dedication to completing the project to the highest standard. They were courteous, pleasant and kept us informed of progress via a What’s App group, which was a great way of communicating. They were diligent in keeping us appraised as to which tradesmen would be calling and as to what time. They also took great care with the existing house and garden over the course of the project causing us minimum disruption. They were very keen during the knock through to our existing kitchen, to have as little impact as possible and indeed facilitated us to still have cooking facilities. We used Elliott Construction recently on our single storey rear extension spanning the width of our house. From our very first meeting with Gav and Brendan the communication was great and all dealings very professional. Rich was great at keeping us updated on scope and fee changes so there were never any surprises along the way. Brendan was in constant contact during the build and always there when I needed him with his reassuring words. Like most builds, we faced a few challenges along the way but Elliott’s were always solution focused and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the project delivered our vision. All the contractors we dealt with were a pleasure to deal with and our neighbours were very impressed with how tidy the site was. We are planning more work in the future and will be calling Elliott’s again.

Having booked them after reading multiple reviews I can say Rich and the team were super polite, friendly and professional and kept us up to date at every stage. I used Elliot construction to convert an unused outside section of my existing barn to open up the internal space and extend my house. Communication was good with Elliot’s and the team turned up and worked full long hard days to get the project completed. Elliott Construction Services recently completed our single storey rear extension, and we are thrilled with the result. We approached up to ten Cheshire based construction firms during the quotation stage, and the only one that made us feel at ease and worked with us to kick-start the project was Elliott Construction – in the end no one came close to them in terms of customer engagement and the detail in the statement of works (and subsequent planning). Rich & Gav were honest and transparent about what each project stages would entail and agreed a plan with us that would avoid disruption to our family life/ routine for as long as possible – promise kept. The build started in April, with a significant amount of manual enabling work needed initially, which the team progressed at pace without fuss. The foundations, concreate slab and damp course were up in no time with great attention to detail from the team. The walls and roof joist were next, again with impeccable precision… we had a structure in place! Unfortunately, the next few weeks were disrupted by the great British weather due our roof specification – Elliott Construction were patient, ensuring that our wishes were put first and at the next opportunity they were able to proceed with getting the build watertight. From there, the team went from strength to strength and completed our extension in June! What a turnaround that was, with an interior/ exterior finish to the highest standard possible. Without hesitation I would recommend Elliott Construction Services for any building/ extension work in the Cheshire area – from initial conversations with Rich earlier in the year, to specific discussions throughout the project with Gav & Brendan, the communication was always good. The construction team, highly skilled, polite, tidy, and focused. High quality products used throughout and no cutting corners at any stage of the project.

After finding Elliot Construction on Facebook and seeing the outdoor bar they had completed, we were delighted that they were able to come and quote for an outdoor office space.
