We engaged Greater Space Ltd to add a large kitchen extension and re-model of the whole ground floor. Works started and lasted during most of lockdown and as I was present in the property, I was able to check on the work daily and if we had some issues we would communicate it to Alessandro, our allocated project consultant, who made sure the matter was solved or rectified. The team was responsive and hard working. Despite that most of the works happened during the second lockdown, it did not have any negative effects and as we lived upstairs for the whole duration, they were brilliant at making adjustments so that we felt safe and as comfortable as we could be. Particular credit mention to the electrician, plumber and tiler who were very competent, helpful and polite. Alessandro made regular site visits, and him together with Ferdi from the office, were always available on the phone or by email if I needed them and were frequently checking if I was happy with the work progress. There were a few very minor things that needed to be fixed 3 months after completion and they came back straight away to do it for me. The space is beautifully transformed and made into everything we hoped for. I would highly recommend Greater Space.

Greater Space restored our house exceptionally well. It was a challenging project, in terms of access and also dealing with an old and very unusual property. They refurbished the interior completely, extended sensitively at roof level to add a proper bathroom, and kept the feel of a house that was once a folly and later a stable. It is now a comfortable and practical family house, with the same beautiful exterior. I recommend them highly, not least because they completed this difficult project within budget with the challenges posed by the first lockdown. They were also praised by our neighbours for minimal inconvenience.

We employed an architect to design and manage our project and selected Greater Space to carry out the work. The project was to replace the rear single storey of our 1906 house with a modern family room/diner together with a completely new kitchen and utility room. The specification included a tiled floor throughout, underfloor heating, new boiler/plumbing, 3 large sliding doors leading onto a large raised, tiled patio and a flat roof with skylights. The internal floor area totalled about 70 sq. meters. The project took approx. 6 months. All the tradesmen employed were highly skilled and their work was of a high standard. Management was excellent and any queries/problems were dealt with amicably and efficiently. We are delighted with the final result.

Greater Space provided an extremely comprehensive & high standard of work & communication throughout my single storey extension project. The build quality is second to none. I employed Greater Space Ltd to undertake a rear extension and renovation to my property in September 2017. The builders were very good to work with and closely followed the detailed specification and drawings. Some changes were made during construction, but these were accommodated and completed to my satisfaction. The quality of the workmanship was good and the finished job has a feeling of quality about it. Overall very happy that I employed Greater Space and would recommend them for this type of work.

We engaged Greater Space having spoken to a number of builders about creating our extension and were immediately impressed with the thought they put into the initial quote which demonstrated they clearly understood our requirements. Once the work was engaged the team were supportive and helped us meet all planning and regulatory obligations. The structural part of the job was carried out by Jarek and his team who were absolutely superb, easy to deal with, unflappable in the face of challenges and work to the highest standard. This stage of the project was completed exactly in line with the projected timetable. There were a few more challenges finishing the interior and there was a slight overrun on timing but we are delighted with the standard of the work and the quality of the finish. This was the first project of this type we have ever been involved with and with a young family a level of stress is inevitable, the support of the Greater Space team however were a great help in managing to keep this to a minimum. We could not be happier with the result of the build, the house is infinitely more comfortable and the changes even better than we had dared imagine at the outset. We would thoroughly recommend Igor and the Greater Space team for their workmanship, professionalism and decency.

I hired this company to realise a rear extension and some refurbishment at my property. The job was very well done in less time than what agreed. The team has been great and friendly throughout the process, addressing the obvious problems this kind of activities always have. Highly recommended.

Great company to work with, professional from the outset, constructive approach, came up with good solutions and worked alongside others involved eg our architect. Jarek, our on-site manager, was caring, keen and competent. House was tenanted during the building of two extensions and the workmen were always meticulous about leaving the area clean at the end of each day. I recommend them highly.
