“Eric and Curtis Smith are friendly, honest professional contractors with a great deal of knowledge and experience. They remodeled our bathroom with a leaky shower pan and repaired extensive water damage. The end result is a beautiful, modern bathroom with a larger shower and heated tile floor. We liked their work so much that we kept expanded the remodeling project to include a closet remodel and hardwood floors in the master bedroom. Eric and Curtis provided high quality workmanship and finished on the estimated timeline. They provided a tremendous value add to the project with their suggestions and advice. They were very flexible and allowed us to make numerous changes to the scope and size of the project. Their charges for the changes were very reasonable. They stand by the quality of their work. “These guys were punctual, polite and had a great work ethic. They did more than one roof and finished them on the weekend. They cleaned up and let me use their magnet roller to pick up nails, which I really appreciated. I don’t think anyone could do that to please me! so it was a smart decision.
