As an architect, we know that building relationships is essential to building beautiful homes and spaces. The team at Ressi have been great to work with and we have both kept the project outcome as the common goal. They understand the quality of the design and the value of preserving that for the client. Their site managers are not over-stretched between jobs and pay attention to the details. And their joiners are able to craft wardrobes, kitchens and bespoke pieces all of high quality and at competitive rates. Being a contractor is a hard enough business so to find one that will sacrifice some of their own margin to give the client something special is exceptional. Ressi are definitely that kind of company.

We have worked for the last year with HUT Projects on an office refurbishment in Chelmsford at a time of considerable difficulty and disruption due to the Covid19 virus. Although our tenants have been operating in a limited capacity HUT have worked around them causing as little disruption as possible. As work progressed a number of additional works became apparent and HUT have been quick to work with us in finding solutions and providing additional cost estimates. I have been particularly impressed with their management and record keeping. Certainly we wouldn't hesitate to employ them again on another project.

Ressi are phenomenal! My wife and I run an architecture practice, and we have worked with Ressi both professionally and personally and have always experienced the highest quality of professionalism and workmanship. For us they undertook a rather ambitious metal clad loft conversion project to our home, with beautiful results. We really couldn't fault them. We have always had great feeback from our clients as well about their friendly and approachable manner on site and the level of skill and care they take over the smallest of tasks!
