AVOID. This was a terrible building experience. At the start reassuring to meet, talk, walk through the plans with.....but did not deliver and cost us thousands of ££ of re-work. Despite promising we would receive a WhatsApp group message daily when the builders arrvied, with photos daily of progress, this promise fell down from Day 1. As Day 1 was really Day 2 or 3. Started late, bad quality building work, builders were not on site daily as promised, no regular report of work (althoug they did sometimes provide photo updates), and the workmanship shoddy. Builders drank and played music very loudly, creating a nuisance to our neighbours. They overfilled the skip throwing building rubbish all around it, creating more issues with our neighbours, we spent an entire afternoon cleaning up their stuff and had to get the skip removed at our own expense. They simply stopped working and asked for more money. We paid 90% for a job barely 25% done, asked for a list of costs, were given a list which included a number of fixtures never supplied. We asked for receipts, no reply. We asked for money back, no reply. We have an uninhabitable house with no kitchen or toilet, and are still paying the price to rectify it.
