We engaged the help of Emma from Coastal Home Styling to stage an apartment that we had renovated. It was listed for sale just as the property market started to slow down. She transformed the property from an empty shell, into a lovely welcoming space and all for a very reasonable price. The end result was stunning. Emma really has the magic touch when it comes to staging properties. I got her out to stage for a holiday let I own. I needed better pictures and the property to look more homely on first impressions to attract a higher level of guest. Safe to say after just a couple of weeks of having the photos uploaded to the sights the increase in bookings more than paid for Emma’s service. Emma came round to our house to help us prepare our house for sale. She provided us with a very detailed report which we used as a checklist to staging our home ready for valuation and viewings.
