I have been most impressed with Homelii and especially their options for virtual staging and virtual renovation. I have been using them regularly in my capacity as a Sales Negotiator at Neilsons for over a year now. Clients are, without exception, amazed at the computer wizardy deployed to show prospective purchasers how good the property might look when it has undergone some TLC - whether that be cosmetic or something more structural.
