Jo came to my Mum's flat that we were about to sell. She listened to everything I wanted, and gave advice on what would work best. She knows about style, whereas I don't! She supplied everything to make the flat look sensational. It was about getting the viewings, and it did. Jo was always contactable when I was unsure of anything or wanted to change anything. Jo was so lovely to talk to. She discussed my style and how I used to have the flat decorated. She then gave me her suggestions and asked how I felt about it. I was left feeling confident in Jo’s ability to revamp my flat, giving it the best chance for a quick sale. Well, it worked and I had two offers within the first two days.

Jo was great. Really helpful with initial advice based on reviewing photos and then transformed the look and feel of our house, when she stepped into it. She also made the effort to explain what she was doing and why, thereby speaking to my partner's apprehension and scepticism. She provided the option to rent the interiors we required at a reasonable price, so we chose that rather than buying new stuff. And she made it all happen very fast, so the estate agent could upload photos in time for our final selling push. I can definitely recommend her staging services, to help the sell-ability of your home.

Jo at Staged and Sold is simply fantastic and if you were thinking of selling your property a call to her is as important as that to your mortgage advisor! I contacted Jo on a Tuesday having already engaged an estate agent – and booked a photographer and viewings for the coming Friday. To say she turned the property around in 3 days is an understatement. When she came into the house it was over furnished, over cluttered and devoid of colour and warmth (I had perhaps overindulged in the use of grey and white!). Jo was simply amazing at seeing a room, giving clear and precise instructions on what needed to change as well as just getting on with it. Her 3d models were a real aid to describing what needed to be done within the spaces of my home. She explained which bits of my furniture needed to be rehomed and why, never making me feel like it was down to my bad taste. Also her supplementary decorative pieces have added such a great warmth and colour to the rooms – it has almost made me reconsider moving! Jo is friendly and professional but also understands that sometimes you need to live in the house you’re selling so is quick to create alternative approaches when her initial suggestion can’t work with your lifestyle (or the fact the sofa will not fit in the loft!). I cannot recommend Jo and Staged and Sold enough – the property went from on the market to under offer within 4 days. If you are considering whether a home stager is worth the expense -don’t waste time thinking any further – they are worth their weight in gold. Staged & Sold came recommended to me by a landlord colleague who had recently worked with Jo, staging a property. We have a bed showroom and were aiming to attract more luxury brands to work with and display. To do this, we wanted to completely refurbish the showroom and we needed help creating a vision for the new look. Jo came to visit and immediately suggested changes/ideas with ways to improve the showroom, starting with the layout. She later backed up her thoughts with models which gave us an opportunity to compare ideas and really see how the new showroom could look. She educated us on the importance of creating a “feel” within our showroom and she achieved this by sourcing/recommending interior touches – which saved us a considerable amount of time and really helped the overall look of the showroom. She really knows her stuff and helped us to understand the rationale behind the colours, products, locations. Jo was commissioned to redesign our living room. It is quite a large space with a great view of the garden but with a rather odd L-shaped layout. We had it currently divided into 2 separate spaces but she immediately knew how to bring the spaces together to make the room flow a lot better. We gave her some colour scheme ideas and she produced some wonderful mood boards with fantastic furniture ideas. The 3D models she provided also made it much easier to visualise the finished article and we are now in the throes of carrying out her design. Jo was very flexible with her ideas and just an all round lovely and talented person to work with.
