“3 asking price offers from 3 viewings and sale agreed within 3 weeks! I was really worried about selling my house as others on my estate were not selling. I'd been working with Jane to transform much of the house over the last few years and now sought her help to get it ready to sell. I had no idea the results would be so good. What’s amazing is that she’s never been inside my house -as I’m 200 miles away. We simply used video calls and WhatsApp, I shared photos and videos of my home and Jane just made the whole thing so manageable. She listened to find out what I wanted and gave me ideas and suggestions and talked everything through. Jane helped me design my kitchen and bathroom, utility and living room, pick colours and choose lots of lovely new things. She also gave me the motivation to declutter everywhere She’s very sensitive and was careful not to overwhelm me and consider my energy levels as I was doing everything alone Jane gave me great advice and the confidence to go for it. Before the project started she was meticulous in listening to us and learning about our taste to help her suggest fabric and furnishings to suit our needs and preferences. She was knowledgeable about design ideas and the choice of fabrics in different settings. When formulating our ideas she provided a wealth of options and samples to help us make our final decisions. Elizabeth is very patient and customer focussed. Thanks to Elizabeth we now have samples of all the fabrics and wallpapers that we will be using and a clear spreadsheet to show which paints / wallpapers are being used and where so that our decorators / curtain supplier are all supported too.
