About Us

The HomeWorks was started about 20 years ago as an architectural and design practice in Oxford, focusing on residential properties. We started doing property developments in 2013, developing and building contemporary, light filled properties that usually attracted offers from Buyers within 2 weeks of being on the market. With the success in staging our own properties, we extended our services to home staging and styling to prepare homes for sale or rent. We love homes and believe we can guide you through all the processes of making your home work well for you. Interiors: Our interior styling will improve your home and present it in a stylish but practical way to attract the right Buyer. We specialise in classic contemporary kitchens, bedrooms and bathroom designs. Property Development + Architecture: We also offer design and construction for new homes, extensions and renovations as well as for custom built homes of all kinds, giving you the very best layout for your home. We are always on the lookout for Homeowners who want to maximise the potential of their homes prior to selling. We will transform your home to get it ready for sale or rent. Titi staged Spring Terrace for us to sell. After she’d finished we wanted to move back in! Transformative, sympathetic and with an eye for detail, Titi combines her expertise with personality and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Titi did a fantastic job of transforming our empty property into a beautifully designed family home, ready for sale. Her professionalism and eye for detail was evident from our very first meeting and we had complete trust in her vision. The resulting photographs were amazing and far exceeded our expectations.

On taking over from an estate agent who had failed to sell a property, I gave the vendor advice that they needed to look at the staging of the property. It was a luxury apartment, we should have been selling lifestyle, but the property did not have the right feel. The vendors found Titi themselves and instructed her. After Titi completed the staging of the property, we launched, successfully selling and completing the sale to the first and only person that got to view the property! I would happily recommend her for a similar project.

Titi knows about how to design homes that suit people! She met our brief perfectly. We were very clear about what we wanted and we still adore our kitchen 8 years on, so do others. I would always recommend The Homeworks.

I have had the opportunity of seeing Titilola's work in different settings. No one does a better job with updating properties or loft conversions. She is thorough and has a very keen eye for finding details that will add the most to the future value of a home, and also the little touches that make a difference in a family's day to day life. She did a whole flat reno for my parents, finding ways to save money and even came in under budget with thoughtful selection of finishes. She has even provided me with detailed drawings on a bath/ laundry room addition project in the US with which I sailed through the planning permission review!
