“I first met Susan 10 years ago when I hired Closet Factory to design closets for my soon-to-be-born twins, our master bedroom closet, and our guest closet. Susan made an amazingly efficient use of space in the closet design and was extremely professional. Fast forward 9 years and Susan was back making space in our hall closet for kids' coats, shoes and supplies. She also substantially increased the square footage of our garage by designing shelves that held mounds of shoes and plastic storage totes!
