“Janette introduced herself to Megan Baker Estate Agents as an interior designer and suggested that she may be able to help with sellers who needed presentation advice. The timing was perfect as we had just been asked to market an empty property which was vacant and had been struggling to sell with a previous estate agent. We visited the house together and I suggested that Janette use her design skills to actually dress the house with furnishings - an idea she hadn't thought of, but was very excited about. The owners were delighted that we had come up with a new idea and so we ran with it. Janette transformed the house from a cold, unloved house into a warm and inviting home. Her design ideas were inspirational and the attention to considered and thoughtful lifestyle detail were fabulous - we and the owners were thrilled with the results. Not only did Janette transform the interior, but also transformed the garden with the help of the owners gardener - and she continued to manage the property, ensuring it was well kept internally and externally. After over two years of being on the market and unsold with various other estate agents, it wasn't long before the property went under offer - thanks to a great team work combination with Megan Baker Estate Agents and Janette. We would not hesitate to recommend Janette - her versatility and eye for design has been proven in this project and we are looking forward to being able to use her skills again. “Designed the downstairs of my house for us when we renovated with a new kitchen extension and overhauled the playroom, lounge and study. Amazing service from initial consultation through to install. Really helped us manage the process, come up with ideas we wouldn’t have thought have and also incorporated really clever, practical storage into all the rooms. We are so pleased with the result, it has made such a difference to our everyday lives and brings us so much joy having such a beautiful space to live in. Completely exceeded expectations and Kerry was a pleasure to work with throughout. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Lyon Design Studio”
