“I had them build a mudroom in a very small covered alcove in an older home. I received great service. The estimator was friendly, efficient and professional. She listened when I described my needs and was creative with her design and suggestions.The price was fair and the installer was courteous, clean and trustworthy. I would use them for any of my closet needs.”

“Jessie was amazing from start to finish when she designed the plan for the walk-in closet in our master bedroom. I have an extreme shoe obsession and Jessie literally measured my shoes and boots to maximize every inch of closet space to make the most of it. I adore my closet space now and it makes me happy to see it neat and organized-thanks to Jessie. It was a delight to work with her as she was so friendly and professional. “Lora Remlinger was my Closet Factory consultant to complete a small walk in closet and two closets that have sliding doors. In addition to that I had a wall unit and desk designed and installed. The wall unit and desk look like a beautiful piece of wood furniture Lora walked me through all my options for organizing the storage in my closets. Two of the closets were rather small but at her suggestion I included a place to hang my jewelry and drawers for my bracelets, earrings etc. She looked at my collection of jewelery and the space she designed was perfect.”

“I love our closet! I thought what we needed was better organization and a home for everything, to make more space. I was picturing something very basic and like a grid, that would be a perfect fit for all our stuff. But then we met Annette. She ultimately convinced me that we could have something beyond organization that would bring peace and order, as well as increase my sense of well-being! That's what we got. The hamper is now seamlessly incorporated, so I developed a new habit of dumping my dirty clothes right in. When I'm dressing, everything seems to be just where I need it: a drawerful of socks that I keep rolled up neatly, and a rack of shirts neatly in order. It feels like picking out my clothes at a shop almost every time! The design we went with seemed pretty basic to me, with a lot of talk about "functional", and pretty compact. It turned out to have more of a professional designed look than I imagined. We've tweaked the layout once on our own, to turn an extra shelf into hanging space for my shorts. I feel like we got a lot more than we paid for.”

“Mandy and her team did a great job with our closet. We wanted something nice for our master bedroom closet and Closet Factory did not disappoint. Their professionalism and ability to do what they say they are going to do is what impressed me the most. They were able to get our closet customized to our exact specifications and used a very helpful software program to help visualize the end product for us. The only weakness I would say is that they are a bit on the pricey side, but you do get what you pay for with this company. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.”

“I hired these Sue Anderson and Laurie Corners to come in and organize my house after moving back in after being gone for a year while my husband was deployed with the military. I had hurt my back and was unable to do the work myself. These ladies came in, separated everything in every room into different boxes, totes, piles or just areas and did it in an amazingly short amout of time. They then went through every item with me to determine if I should keep it, donate it or throw it away. They then put away everything I decided to keep in a highly organized fashion. They never rushed me and never judged me on anything they encountered and then taught me how to keep my closets and cupboards organized. They also carried away all the items that I decided to donate; they are involved with many charities and assured me my items would be well used. They were personable and friendly and never judgmental, and I felt comfortable and confident with them from the beginning. They have also made several follow-up calls to see how things are going. Their price, at first glance, seemed high, but after seeing them work I know that it was worth every penny.”
