“The years go by, and the clutter piles up. It’s so easy to put down a piece of paper, then another and another, until there is a mountain of paper. I had mountains and cartons and towering piles of books, creating an environment that was no longer conducive to restful relaxation. Ritsuko Nakajima came to my home last Sunday, and I am astonished every time I look at the empty spaces, as well as the spacious layout, in my bedroom. In just a few hours, Ritsuko cleared cartons, paper, and bookcases to make everything look lovely. In addition, I have an action plan to follow to make sure things stay clear, and another action plan to work on my own to eliminate some furniture so that my home looks even better. Thank you, Ritsuko. I am very happy to give you a good reference and think that others will also be very pleased with your work.”

“A friend recommended I use this company because I had no space for anything in my apt. I called them and within a few days, Henry the designer came to my home. I loved his ideas and price way more than the two other companies that i called... and 2 weeks later those ideas came to life! The guys who installed the closets were professional and my closets are beautiful!! An overall great experience with service and quality! thank you!!”

“I just moved and would very highly recommend Tori. She helped us prepare for the move by purging items that we weren't going to take (seems silly to pack up things you'll just throw out) and getting a sense of where we were thinking of using items in our new space. She coordinated with my movers and helped make decisions on what/how/if to pack certain items, which made unpacking with her so much easier. I'm a pretty organized Type A individual (and have the time to unpack as I'm on maternity leave) and at first I scoffed at having to pay an organizer so much, but she helped me deal with getting moved in, which included stuff from our 2 br apartment and furniture/wedding presents/a storage closet full of other stuff from in laws, which I could never have done nearly as well on my own. It was quite the undertaking, and she put a plan in place, helped delegate things to do for all my friends and family who helped, and made lots of suggestions on where to put things. She got me packed, moved in, and unpacked into our renovated 3BR home (plus all the stuff that comes with a 4 month old) in 4 days. She was crucial for our move and I really don't know what I would've done without her! (probably cry in a partially unpacked house)”

“I had my closet done August 2015. Highly recommend this business and its owner Iggie Leto. He came for an estimate the same day I called. Took all necessary measurements and carefully documented my requirements. Made valuable suggestions that saved me money without compromising on quality. The closet was made precisely at the time I was given, no delays. The best part is when it was installed. I absolutely love it! Came out exactly like I wanted, great materials, professional look, and quick and sturdy installation. NO accidental damage to walls. Iggie was timely responding to all communication and followed up to make sure that the closet worked for me well. The last part is the price - I did a lot of research before I came across this business. Wirh Iggie, you get a custom, assembled and installed closet for the price of a flimsy closet system that you would have to put together yourself. The price is unbeatable, the quality is superb.”

“We can't say enough about our soup to nuts wonderful experience with Closet Factory. It starts with Steven Sanders our designer, he is extremely creative and took the time to assess our needs. He was also incredibly patient as we worked together to finalize the plans (we kept changing our minds and he never batted an eye)! Debbie and Jamie were helpful and extremely pleasant each time we called the office or needed something along the way. Our installers, Rocky and Tulsi, were awesome as well. They were beyond friendly, just like Steven, and very skilled. They did a top notch job and the closets look beautiful. They also cleaned up when they completed the installation and it was like nobody was even there. We also decided after the install that we wanted more shelves. Steven personally delivered them. You can't get better customer service than that!!! In the end the closets are better than we imagined and the whole experience was excellent. I keep making everyone who comes over look at our closets! We would recommend Closet Factory to anyone!!!”

“An all around fantastic experience with Closet Factory. Sandra Wegman, our designer, is amazing at what she does. She spent a ton of time in my home going over our needs and wants and came up with a great design for our new walk-in closet in a challenging location (long and narrow, with a slightly slanted wall). Sandra was very thorough in going over all of our options and was always accessible to discuss design changes and scheduling. Our measure/installer Enrique was great as well. Friendly, efficient and great quality work. He really knew what he was doing! Jamie in the office was very helpful as well. Overall, we really enjoyed working with the Closet Factory crew and most importantly, we are thrilled with our new closet! The deal Closet Factory has with Costco members is great as well!”

“Emily was professional, Personable and a pleasure to have in our home. My husband and I as newly weds were experiencing growing pains with the merging of our stuff! Emily made both my husband and I feel comfortable. We both felt that with her great enthusiasm for her job as well as her down to earth personality we were truly able to connect with her. Emily was able to take the lead in helping us organize our apartment without making us feel overwhelmed or un involved. Emily made sure that we were comfortable with the systems that she suggested to us and frequently asked us how we felt about changes she suggested. Without a doubt we both would recommend/re hire Emily to help with any organizing job!”

“Gayle Gruenberg approaches every organizing job with a fresh take and tremendous enthusiasm. She supports her clients through the process, shows them easy ways to keep their papers and items organized, and leaves each space looking brand new! Gayle is especially good at working with older people who have a lot of barriers up around their "stuff" and want to safeguard everything for posterity. She treats them with compassion and good humor, with wonderful results. For those with hoarding tendencies or true hoarders, Gayle is actually certified to work with them and understands the underlying issues around hoarding. Not an easy task but as with everything, she takes on the challenge in a very positive way.”
