I've not only worked with Ann on a professional level, photographing her work, but she has also done design work for me in my own home. Every project is unique, which I think is a real skill as a designer, as so often each property ends up as a carbon copy of the last. She really listens to what the client wants and manages to bring it to life. She also has clever ways of finding out what you like and don't like, and takes this all in to account when designing a room. Highly recommended and the utmost professional

I discovered Ann's work having seen a transformation in a local beauty salon and so decided to engage with her on my own client projects. Additionally I have decided to collaborate with her on my entire house renovation. As someone in the business myself, and with strong ideas I know I am a more challenging client than most and Ann deals with everything I throw at her in a light hearted and professional manner. Her designs are stunning and she can produce something amazing for any budget. She truly loves what she does and will always go the extra mile to make sure our clients are 100% delighted with the end result. We have worked together on bathrooms, extensions and whole house renovations linking our preferred trades to excellent effect.

Ann, David and the rest of her team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I purchased a 1-bed flat in Colchester and decided to hire Ann to design and project manage a total refurbishment. I strongly recommend using Ann’s project management service as you end up saving money through her discounts. Plus you save time, stress and prevent the risk of costly mistakes. Her fixed fee provided peace of mind and Ann gave her 100% from day 1. Friendly, professional and always available when needed. She quickly acclimatized to my personal tastes and did a great job in keeping me in check to ensure I ended up with a product which was to my exact taste without ending up being tacky. An easy risk given my love of bright colours and lack of professional eye! I quickly ended up trusting Ann’s instincts and judgements as time and time again, she ended up making the right calls, be it with aesthetics or logistics. During the last week of the project, Ann and David worked from early morning to late evening in order to ensure everything was ready for my arrival. It must have been manic with so many boxes and annoying polystyrene everywhere, but they pulled it off and it was very much appreciated. Even after completion, Ann kept providing her time and service by taking me out on a shopping trip to purchase the last few decorative touches and making sure I don’t ruin the apartment with tacky items! I put my whole life savings into my first flat and its refurbishment, as this is something I always dreamed of. Needless to say, I put such dreams in a stranger’s hand, so I would be lieing if I said I wasn’t a bit anxious throughout the whole ordeal. However, fast forward 7 months and those worries were all for nothing as this once stranger from a random google search I now regard as a friend. A genuine thank you to Ann and David for making my dream come true! You will always have an espresso waiting for you here :)

Wow!! What a beautiful process with the very lovely Ann. I wanted ideas and help with the design of a baby nursery and Ann far exceeded my expectations. She incorporated things that we already like and enjoy as a family (plants & animals) sourced very affordable and quality furnishings and the colours are perfect. We are so pleased with the end result, and my baby sleeps much better now with the calming green walls with matching jungle theme curtains & bedding and hanging plants to finish the look. I would highly recommend Ann, she is pleasure to work with and considers all your views whilst providing some great ideas. From the inspirational visit to the end result Ann was on the end of an email or phone to answer any questions. Ann supported us change the whole of our downstairs including the kitchen/Dinner, living room, hall and cloak room which we love. She also worked with me to provide mood boards and shopping lists to revamp the upstairs and the results are amazing. Thank you Ann for helping us fall in love again with our house.

Exceptional design and implementation. Even through COVID and Brexit, Ann has always been available to assist and cope with a changing brief, supply issues and availability of the trades. Ann managed and resolved all issues with the trades. Even a damaging leak that was the plumbers fault, was sorted directly with plumber with all cost covered. Great designer and great project manager.
