“Carra at CM Planning + Design is amazing at what she does. Carra helped us with our kitchen and living room design for a property we were renovating to rent out. Carra also graciously gave us feedback for the bathroom in this house. We are very grateful and happy that we had the opportunity to work with her. She walked into the space and immediately envisioned a layout and design for the room. She quickly, and professionally, offered feedback on site and designs were sent out in a very timely manner. Her experience in home renovations allowed her to answer all questions I asked and gave options when necessary. She worked within our budget and offered helpful suggestions when it came to making the space function but also look good. Her eye for detail is incredible and I’m very happy with the outcome. I will certainly be using Carra again for all design and renovation needs.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Morris on numerous occasions. She has approached each project in my home with great enthusiasm and numerous ideas. I appreciate her creativity, her attention to detail & colour, and her effervescent energy. Elizabeth most recently helped my husband and I come up with a design for our new kitchen. She spent hours poring over detailed design sheets, working corners and angles, and providing us with several options for the space we had to work with. In the end we ended up with a beautiful kitchen space that we are incredibly excited about! Elizabeth is decisive, visionary, creative and talented at what she does. That is why I would hire her for our next project in a minute!”

“Lynda provided various options for all aspects of the renovations.She always listened carefully to our ideas and then professionally adapted them for the best outcome.Lynda had an excellent working relations Hoy with our contractor. She has great colour sense and helped us widen our choices with results that were beyond our expectations .She also managed to incorporate our existing furniture and art work to achieve these results, only a few enhancing articles were purchased .It was a fun and satisfying experience working with her. PS Our goddaughter purchased a home and we gave her a gift certificate for Lynda’s company as a wedding present.”

“With a talent for detail and creativity, I hired Patriica Morgan of Chrystalis Creations to create a custom queen-size headboard in a neutral linen-like fabric in 2012. The finished product was ideal with attention given to detail . Upon finding a new multi-coloured print fabric in 2014, Patricia then created a headboard cover for the existing fabric headboard and updated a new hanging mechanism for ease of attachment. With a perfect fit, the headboard was transformed. With the fabric remaining, Patricia custom made 2 accent pillows filled with high-density inserts. I would highly recommend Chrystalis Creations for high-quality custom headboards. Patricia is extremely helpful to guide her clients which fabrics work best according to the headboard design chosen and added embellishments.”

“When my husband and I decided to add a large library addition and renovate and enlarge the existing kitchen, David helped me to achieve MY vision by ensuring that the continuity of the concepts flowed throughout my home. Although I had a idea of what I wanted, I had no idea how to make it all happen. Initially I tried to take on the task myself but soon I was overwhelmed by the number of decisions that were required and was becoming less and less confident that the choices I was making would come together. David always met timelines and he worked very well with all the different trades involved. I loved working with David, he is fun, very witty, respectful and most of all his talent for creating wonderful, functional, beautiful spaces seems effortless. I highly recommend David.”

“Christine designed our master bedroom and it is the room of my dreams! She was part interior designer and part contractor, essentially, since she arranged and oversaw all the work that was done. She would send pieces for me to approve and she has such a great eye that I often chose the first option she sent me. She'd then order and deliver the pieces to me and invoice me at the end -- it couldn't have been more convenient! I have other rooms I'm looking to revamp and I'm actually nervous she'll be too busy to fit me in since she's so talented!”

First she got me to select, patterns, colours and furniture styles...that process was vital in determining my vision for the project and what I wish my home would look like at the end.
