“Teresa did a very thorough job when helping me to set the style of my newly refurbished penthouse apartment in Barcelona. She prepared a complete questionnaire to hep identify what I wanted, inspired me with some examples, and then sent me mood boards and recommendations on where to buy the different pieces of furniture / decoration. On top of that, she's a very nice and fun person to hang out with, which made me enjoy the whole process very much. I would wholeheartedly recommend her. Maria”

“I had moved into my new home, and the interior decor was neutral - but bland. I was, frankly, at a loss as to how to begin to make it work for me. Kay visited, listened to how I need my home to function, talked me through the possibilities and created several mood boards to enable me to visualise how it could look. She even sent me links to the products I needed, taking the angst out of shopping for the right items. My lovely new home now feels like my space - thanks so much, Kay, for working your magic and taking the fear out of introducing pattern, colour and texture.”

“Elisa is a resourceful and creative person, she loves to listen, will present a vision but is never imposing. She works with you to be able to understand you and your desires. She knows how to create a climate of trust, takes your personal ideas into account and helps you put them into perspective so that you can see all the other possibilities open to you. She knows how to enhance a place by harmonising colours, appropriate styles and optimising spaces.”

“I approached Gemma for help designing my sitting room. I already had some ideas of what I wanted which Gemma really helped me develop. She gave me the confidence to take things further with colour and styles. She understood what I needed and I’m delighted with the outcome. I later went back to Gemma for further help with my hallway - she had some really creative and practical ideas as to how to transform a relatively dark space into a welcoming entrance for my home. Would definitely recommend!”

“Hannah has helped me to decorate 2 rooms in my new house. She has coped with my indecisiveness and lack of ideas and come up with 2 rooms that are just gorgeous. They are beautiful, fit for purpose and homely. Thanks Hannah”

“I cannot rave enough about Sean Symington Design, his passion shines through his creative ability and professionalism. Sean was a delight to work with from the moment I contacted him, he is very hands from the initial concept all the way through to installing the last coffee table book. Sean takes the time to source one-of-a-kind aspects, such as lighting, décor and fabrics for each room. His talent to mix old century pieces with modern elements, transformed my home into a colorful, eccentric representation of my life. I highly recommend hiring Sean Symington to redesign your home, office, or restaurant as he will bring it to life in a very personable way.”

“Beth took real care to understand both the aesthetic and (multiple!) practical requirements of the changes we wanted to make to our house. She designed beautiful bespoke furniture that has solved our storage issues that were real pain points for us, and provided us with a design that provides us with the increased space we craved along with a fresh look that works with a young family and feels like home. We would certainly recommend Beth and her team of suppliers.”

“My first conversation with Bettina was that my husband and I had just purchased our dream home and it wasn't so dreamy. Bettina entered are home and created a warm and inviting place for us to raise our family and share with our friends. Her ability to see the final project early on, before anyone can is remarkable. She has created a home for us like no one else's. Her brilliant personality made shopping trips and choosing paint colors a joy. Our house would no be a home without her.”

“I wanted to convert a very dull and crowded spare room/playroom into a relaxing 'sanctuary' for myself and guests; Mandy immediately saw where I was coming from and was in on the project from the start. With an eye for details and a real feel for the person, she carefully put together two different scenarios of environments where I've felt most relaxed - a beach theme and a mountain theme. The mood boards she created were beautiful and I found it difficult to choose between the two themes, though the mountain room she envisaged gave me the restfulness coupled with the cosiness that I wanted. Mandy then measured up and carefully observed how the natural light fell, as well as coming up with clever suggestions on how to deal with elements of the room that couldn't be changed - e.g. the dormer window and the sloping ceilings. From here she worked up a floor plan with soft shapes and functional, but relaxing furnishing ideas. Never forcing her thoughts on me, I had plenty of free range to add my own touches and she showed me how to use colours and the way they can work together. I was much more adventurous than I have been before! It felt like we really worked together as a team to achieve the finished results. So, my 'sanctuary' includes a bed (so we can still welcome guests), a seating/TV/gaming area (where the big kids can still relax, but their paraphernalia is low key/hidden), a reading area with a comfortable chair and footstool, and coffee table (reclaimed and painted). There's a variety of textures and soft colours using mainly greys and dusky pinks and other natural colours. My favourite part is the main wall featuring a mural of a mountain range in silhouette in soft dawn tones. I absolutely love it - as do my guests and kids! I highly recommend Mandy and her work. Her designs are beautiful, thoughtful and functional; whilst she provides plenty of her own ideas she is keen to incorporate your own too. I'll definitely be using Mandy again.”

“As a self-employed scriptwriter, I craved a space that I could use to shut myself away in - a den that would feel inspiring, yet cosy. I was intrigued by Zoë's background in theatre design and hoped she would translate my half-formed ideas of what I thought I wanted into a reality. I was bowled over when I saw the mood-boards she had created for me. We'd had an initial interview and I'd described the kind of things I like - a mishmash of 50s style, rustic, Autumnal: even a quotation from The Wind In The Willows. From these ramblings, Zoë produced a symphony of bold colours and quiet corners, unearthing patterns and furnishings I would never have found myself. I chose the Gold service package, which enabled me to sit back and enjoy the transformation while Zoë's fantastically creative team got on with the hard work. This included a new floor, making shelving units, wallpapering and painting, plus updating a tired plain blue kitchenette with pleasing tones of soft purple and cream, including a very attractive extractor-fan. And I never thought I would get excited by an extractor-fan. The finished result features the comfiest chair I have ever sat on and upcycled lamp stands, but the piéce de resistance is a desk that looks like a cross between an old school desk and a step-ladder. It suggests that sitting there could be fun, not a chore. Which is half the battle! I heartily recommend Zoë Hewett Interiors for anyone who feels their surroundings aren't wholly delightful. She will bring the joy.”
