She has the ability to see potential in your home you never could have imagined, and then the ability to build her vision at a reasonable cost, greatly increasing the market value of your home. Lillian took my parents’ 50-year-old home and brought it into the 21st century, turning it into a like-new home. As a result of her creation we realized multiple bids upon listing and netted some $90,000 more upon sale than estimated by one of the largest real estate companies in the Twin Cities. She worked tirelessly to bring her vision to life, putting in unimaginable hours of time preparing the home for sale, with her keen eye noticing the smallest detail. I cannot say enough about her dedication to helping us prepare our parents’ home for its new owners, in making the design decisions for us which maximized the home’s potential and market value. “I used Birch Hill Interiors to stage the home of my parents, who had recently passed away. Roberta’s calm and gentle demeanor helped me with this emotional task in a sensitive, yet very efficient, manner. She quickly assessed what needed to be rented, and which of our own items we could use to stage the home. Roberta’s style is fresh and simple, with a modern and inviting feel. She transformed my parents’ somewhat dated and cluttered home into something that would appeal to any buyer. The difference was amazing, and I could not have imagined it on my own. “All I can say is WOW. This year I moved into my own apartment and was completely overwhelmed with the idea of decorating an entire space, alone. Stage to Stay was my saving grace. The dynamic duo, Katie and Mary, started by looking at my floor plan. Then, they came with me to the furniture store and helped me pick out pieces that were perfect for my space! Their work continued as they helped me decide on all my finishing touches, with my personal taste in mind, and responded instantly to any questions I had. I am so thankful I looked to professionals when decorating my apartment. When I get home from work I still find myself smiling: I love the furniture, decorations, and all of the finishing touches Katie and Mary recommended. Do not think any space is too little for their help, you should love the space you live in! I would recommend this professional, personable, and creative team to anyone!”

“We knew for years that we wanted to change our cookie-cutter, boxy bedrooms and bathroom into a master suite, but were never able to imagine the possibilities. It was our good fortune to contact Tracy Hains and Calie Cavic to help us solve our dilemmas. They provided several options and were so perceptive about our style and preferences. From start to finish, they listened to us and paid attention to all details whether large or small. We were so fortunate that most competent trades people were chosen for our project. The results are fantastic and we now refer to our remodel as our "boutique getaway". In the future, we would like to do additional work in our home and will most certainly turn to Che Bella Interiors to facilitate the project. “I have worked with Laura Bischoff of Metropolis Design Group on two occasions--both with my 1924 family home in Tangletown in South Minneapolis and with my "empty-nest" modern condo on the river downtown. I loved working with her both times and highly recommend her. She is fun, kind, smart and great to be around and brings a wide variety of skills and a depth of knowledge that dramatically increases what is possible. She is hands-on--painting a lovely graphic element to make a focal point of a set of kitchen cupboards, for example--and also can access whatever other resources (both people and materials) that are needed. She has great ideas to extend a budget, a wonderful eye for color and texture. With both my homes, she helped create a sophisticated and wonderfully comfortable background for my life. I look forward to working with her again!”

“Kimberly listened very closely to what I wanted, and immediately comprehended my style. She is quick to grasp a situation, and coming up with solutions to the inevitable surprises that arise in a remodel. Her attention to the numerous details in drafting the kitchen elevations were exceptional. It alleviated my stress greatly to know that she knew exactly how many inches cabinets could take up, how much space was needed for proper walking and work flow, the angles doors would swing out and kind of space they required, etc. In short, making sure that in addition to the space looking beautiful, that every single inch functioned to it's maximum. She has keen and sophisticated insight to style, and she was very responsive and available to me. Kimberly surpassed my expectations, and I am happy to highly recommend her.”
