Everything was designed with a limited budget and came out fantastic. She and her team took care of the project from A to Z from conceptualization, realization, material and furnishing selection to property rental. European spaces are limited and to contain everything within a small surface is a skill. If you need a perfect floor plan they are certainly the best. My goal was to add value to the apartment, rent it for several years and eventually sell it. Excellent service if you want to add value to rental properties and any property, they can do magic with limited budgets. Space optimization is their strongest point”

“Dawn was the designer for our client's hall bathroom remodel. Except for the tub, the bathroom was gutted. Dawn understood perfectly what this client was looking for and was able to shop with them to choose the tile, fixtures, vanity style, granite, paint and stain colors in just one short shopping trip! She had excellent resources for everything from the custom cabinets to an extra-long shower curtain. She was extremely easy to work with and considered our (the remodeler) concerns as well as the homeowner's, which helped make the project run smoothly. With Dawn's help we were able to go from demo day to completion in ten days! Our customer was thrilled with the results, and now we are all working together to get their kitchen overhauled. Dawn helps us look professional, brings in business, and does the job right the first time.”

The first, and largest, was a gut-remodel of 2 baths, whole-house painting (she chose the colors room by room, all had been builder's white) and several smaller projects. She has since redone the furniture & drapes in my living room, updated a 3rd bath, and brought in hardwood floors in the foyer, a hall, and family room. I especially appreciate that she's respectful of individual taste - her projects reflect the homeowner's style, not hers - but she is still quite creative and excellent at communicating ideas and trends and influencing homeowner's choices. She is focused on customer satisfaction and ensuring the best quality outcome. When she did our whole-house job she brought in and supervised contractors, and oversaw every detail. She is fantastic about finding sources and driving good deals for her customers. She even made sure our pets were safe and minimally stressed with the contractors in the house!
