She also helped with my daughters new house in NJ. I showed her pictures of the of the house and she picked out colors for all the rooms, window treatments designed floor plans for the furniture and even picked out furniture. We did this all remotely. She made it easy to do and is so accommodating with our busy schedules. I would highly recommend Allison and will definitely use her again. She carefully view lo ed the space, and advised us against getting a sectional. Instead, she recommended that we purchase a comfy yet small rounded backed chair, a hanging plant for above the chair, and a small round table to tie it in with the couch and the rest of the living room. To our surprise, her changes made a tremendous difference in how buyers were viewing our space! Our only regret is that we didn't ask her sooner! “Cin is an extraordinary thinker, planner, and visionary. She quickly absorbed our goals and aesthetic and worked closely with us to create a modern home that we love. Early on, she provided 3D renderings of our space - complete with furniture - that made it easy to visualize the entire home before the construction day 1. She did the layout modifications from the big picture down to the small details. She has a sufficient understanding of engineering/architecture/trades such that we did not need an architect - we sent her drawings to a draftsperson who made the architectural plans for submission to engineering and the city permitting. Her plans passed permitting on the first try and our contractor had no complaints about her choices. Cin helped us prioritize project elements when construction bids came in. She advised on electrical & plumbing fixture selection, color schemes, furniture, and so many details. And she did the entire project remotely - without ever seeing our house in person. We are absolutely delighted with the home and Cin's work. She thought of everything. Our construction process went smoothly because we were able to make decisions quickly with her guidance. She is gentle and not pushy of her views, but we quickly learned that we were always happiest with the outcome when we went with her ideas. We will use her again.”
