Unlike the other design and staging companies I interviewed, Shar was etremely collaborative and took the time to understand the project and my goals. The result was an interior that was consistent with the design of the home and, frankly, was absolutely stunning! The staging immediately turned an empty house into a warm and inviting home. She has the ability to see potential in your home you never could have imagined, and then the ability to build her vision at a reasonable cost, greatly increasing the market value of your home. Lillian took my parents’ 50-year-old home and brought it into the 21st century, turning it into a like-new home. As a result of her creation we realized multiple bids upon listing and netted some $90,000 more upon sale than estimated by one of the largest real estate companies in the Twin Cities. She worked tirelessly to bring her vision to life, putting in unimaginable hours of time preparing the home for sale, with her keen eye noticing the smallest detail. “I loved working with Mel! I have had the privilege to work with her while she was an Art Director at Periscope. One of the projects we worked on was the interior design of a major public transportation hub in Los Angeles. Mel used images and quotes to make a stinky outdated location look modern and beautiful. She traveled to the location so she could bring back over 100 photos of all the various nuances so she could put together a flawless design to transform the environment. From signage on the stairs as people exited the station, around the posts, along the floor and walls she design every element with the total design in mind. If she can make a transportation hub look cool she can make any home look amazing. - Tanya”

Roberta’s calm and gentle demeanor helped me with this emotional task in a sensitive, yet very efficient, manner. She quickly assessed what needed to be rented, and which of our own items we could use to stage the home. Roberta’s style is fresh and simple, with a modern and inviting feel. She transformed my parents’ somewhat dated and cluttered home into something that would appeal to any buyer. The difference was amazing, and I could not have imagined it on my own. “All I can say is WOW. This year I moved into my own apartment and was completely overwhelmed with the idea of decorating an entire space, alone. Stage to Stay was my saving grace. The dynamic duo, Katie and Mary, started by looking at my floor plan. Then, they came with me to the furniture store and helped me pick out pieces that were perfect for my space! Their work continued as they helped me decide on all my finishing touches, with my personal taste in mind, and responded instantly to any questions I had. I am so thankful I looked to professionals when decorating my apartment. When I get home from work I still find myself smiling: I love the furniture, decorations, and all of the finishing touches Katie and Mary recommended. Do not think any space is too little for their help, you should love the space you live in! I would recommend this professional, personable, and creative team to anyone!”

“We knew for years that we wanted to change our cookie-cutter, boxy bedrooms and bathroom into a master suite, but were never able to imagine the possibilities. It was our good fortune to contact Tracy Hains and Calie Cavic to help us solve our dilemmas. They provided several options and were so perceptive about our style and preferences. From start to finish, they listened to us and paid attention to all details whether large or small. We were so fortunate that most competent trades people were chosen for our project. The results are fantastic and we now refer to our remodel as our "boutique getaway". In the future, we would like to do additional work in our home and will most certainly turn to Che Bella Interiors to facilitate the project. “I was in over my head in reorganizing my laundry room and basement and am so thankful I decided to ask for help from the experts, Michelle and Susan. They came over to my home twice before our big work day to take measurements and pictures to make sure they were being as thorough in their ideas and plans as possible. They thought of ways and products to make the best use of our space as possible, and even re-purposed several items (a cabinet and a chest) already in our house that I never would have thought of using. I felt completely confident in them and when they left after our work day, I felt like a new woman. I have my basement back to spend time in as a family and can finally entertain again! It was well worth the investment and I'm already dreaming up other areas of my house they can help me with.”
