“I helm a women's networking group in New York City and host events monthly. The ladies of M&P Design Group designed the banner that sat at the end of the runway for a June fashion show. All sixteen women who were walking were 'role models' versus 'runway models.' All sixteen were South Asian, which is my brand, and all sixteen were employed in Science Technology Engineering or Math fields. I was making a statement about the jobs of the future, and highlighting the ladies who occupy them now. I asked Julia and Alex to come up with banner design which would serve as the backdrop of every photo taken. They collated all the symbols and designs from the event to-date and created the most stunning design for a runway backdrop. And turned it around in the time they indicated they would. I'm someone who is very focused and gets things done. I appreciate it so much when I find fellow lady entrepreneurs who share the same work ethic--and creativity!”

She has a great eye for color and sense of style and she can pull a room together quickly. Additionally, her use of on-line vendors eliminates a lot of the expense and guesswork that can hallmark the frustration of working with more traditional designers. She is easily accessible and open to coordinating your ideas with her own. She is also a lot of fun to work with!”

“We hired Lemon Grass Interior Architecture to provide professional assistance to us during a recent home addition & renovation project. We had been in our home for over 8 years and knew what we wanted to do to enhance the layout and footprint of the first floor BUT we were paralyzed to take that first step. While considering the project and possibilities we met with a number of professional firms and individuals. Ultimately it was Martina at Lemon Grass who we connected with, who we hired and who helped us with every step. Along the way we were able to capitalize on Martina's experience, knowledge and sense of style. She was able to help us see the forest through the trees and in the end we have a renovation which was: (a) without a hitch, (b) completed ahead of schedule & and on budget and (c) better then we could have ever imagined.
