“We recently joined up for the first time with Jessica and Virginia on a single family townhouse remodel in Hoboken, NJ. The project consisted of moving the kitchen from the ground floor to the parlor floor, adding a full bath on the parlor floor where a closet once stood, opening up and creating new passageways, installing crown, chair rail, and picture moldings throughout the home, installing all new mechanical systems, adding central air, new on demand hot water, upgrading the electrical service to the home, pouring a new ground floor concrete floor slab, creating a full bath, a guest bedroom, a man retreat all on the ground floor, moulding restoration, detailed paintwork, plasterwork, new stairs, and much more. This was a very challenging project since the owners lived in the home during the 6 month renovation. Due to the expertise and onsite assistance from id 810 design we never lost a day waiting for design decisions or special order materials and fixtures. We never had to ask the owner where anything went or what color to paint anything. Not only did the design of the project come out perfectly but working with the design team worked perfectly. We are now working on a few more projects with id 810 and look forward to working on many more, I highly recommend Jessica and Virginia when looking for a totally professional design team. Not only do they know how to design beautiful spaces, they also know how to work with contractors and suppliers.”
