From the very first sit down to the final walk through he was right there with us. We had tons of questions and he answered every one of them. He showed us both how easy it is take a house with walls and floors and make it our very own home. The detail was amazing. Thank you especially for making it useable, not just ‘frills’.”

“I chose Fine Designs & Interiors LTD. I walked into her office with samples of the floor and granite for my new house and she took it from there and did the whole house! I was not on site so we did most everything thru e-mails. She was on time and on cost for everything, and a delight to work with. From the largest item to the smallest detail, I could not have done the project without her.”

“I have known Megan Dove professionally for many years. She is highly skilled, meticulous, trustworthy and a wonderful person. What I love most about Megan is that she combines expert structural detail of a home along with beautiful interior design ideas. She has simple affordable solutions to projects that can be over quoted by contractors. I was struggling with remodeling my late 90's traditional home: painting stained woodwork, matching original oak flooring and combating soffits. After failed attempts and feeling defeated I was elated to find out Megan had opened her own design business. I reached out to her and she responded with energy and confidence that she could help me create what I was looking for. The space in our home that needed the most improvement was our tiny first floor powder room. The cabinet was original to the house and the soffit enclosed the small space. Megan's design ideas, cabinet design and paint selection has now made this my favorite space in our home! I highly recommend Megan for all projects large or small. She is the best!”

In the end, the redesign of the space was much more than I ever anticipated. The team even added some extra surprises. My four walls now are inviting, comfortable and relaxing. The original designer whom we had engaged had family illness issues that made continuing with her not possible. Peggy was a godsend. “Oh my goodness! Elena did an incredible job with my Kitchen/Dining Room renovation. She listened to my heart to see what was most important to me, what the space was being used for, and how the renovations would be best for my family. She even included my great grandma's hope chest and my precious plants. lol. She also wasn't done once I had the designs. she helped me find the pieces that that would help us complete the space. We loved her so so much! I cannot recommend her more if a space redesign!!”

“I wanted to update my kitchen with more granite and tile work and to also turn a sunroom, which was attached to our master bedroom, into a closet. interviewed several construction companies, but was most impressed with the work done by J Kern Design as well as the very personal touch from the owner, Jeannine Kerns. I explained to her what I had envisioned but was not sure if it would work. Jeannine made some suggestions, drew up a plan and I could not wait for the work to begin. She gave me a time frame and stuck with it. She organized everything from material purchases to managing the subcontractors. Highly organized, excellent communication every step of the way, and we could not be more pleased with our closet and kitchen.”
