“After deciding to downsize from the family home, I bought a new build property ‘off plan’ . There wasn’t a show home anywhere nearby so all I had was an architect’s plan . I needed help! My new house was a blank canvas . All rooms were painted white and I planned to keep it so but also wanted to introduce colours and textures.
