“Bailey did interior design for our apartment. She and her team changed paint colors, floors, lighting fixtures, and furnished and decorated the entire apartment. She was on budget and on time, and we love her design. The quality of work is great. We think the purchased goods are as good as they could be for the budget. Bailey is trust worthy, which was so important for us because we found her and worked with her remotely from another state. We only came over when Bailey had finished most of the work. It was a pleasure working with Bailey. She listened and brought our desires into her design. It was a great experience working with Bailey and we love the result of her work.”

“I had the pleasure of engaging CIH Design to facilitate the complete renovation of our Caribbean resort facility. Our club has had a long standing reputation for understated elegance, so our board took extra time selecting the right firm to carry out the renovations. The principles at CIH could not have been more attentive to our concerns and decorative needs. They brought a fresh approach to the project and yet respected the member’s desire to not make a complete departure from the clubs history. Once the design plan was approved, the implementation of the project was effortless and enjoyable. All project items were delivered on time and met or exceeded expectations. I can honestly say I look forward to working with CIH again when our next renovation comes to term.”

“Nina, thank you so much for what you’ve done with our home. We are in love with our new living room space! It’s AWEmazing how a small transformed space can update the feel of an entire home. Home now feels like home. I love how it’s aLIVE and how every piece has a purpose and is perfectly placed. From the family pictures on the walls to the Joshua 24:15 scripture, thank you for giving us a visual reminder of how blessed we are to have one another and who to thank for our blessings. Now, we are spending more family time in our living room. It makes my heart so happy to watch Obed and Peter use the coffee table for games and activities. “I hired Chuen Yee of MCYIA after reading an article about remodel project in our local newspaper where she was the designer. I was impressed with her ability to find incorporate big box products when appropriate along with custom work. The transformation of this home impressed me and I decided to give her a call. I had been thinking of remodeling my kitchen for 20 years but never knew how to get started. From the first phone call I could tell Chuen was the one to get this long overdue project off the ground. After living with a challenging kitchen for 20 years, I knew exactly where I wanted more countertop space, where my oven should be moved, and that I wanted a more modern clean design. I can't think of anything more unpleasant that pouring over magazines, or looking at local store for products. It's just not my thing. Chuen designed both my kitchen and master bath. She immediately understood my aesthetic and found beautiful and reasonably priced tile, lighting, flooring, etc. Her relationships with local vendors as well as online companies saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. She was also helpful in finding ways to minimize shipping charges to Hawaii. The builder I used was also impressed. He said he finally met a designer that not only provided her vision, but knew exactly how to execute it. She provided him with detailed information about window bump outs, LED lighting transformers, etc. Chuen was always available to answer questions via text, email, and phone. She is easy to work with, never appears stressed, and has incredible patience. She checked in often onsite to make sure the project was moving along properly.”
