“Laurie is FABULOUS! Laurie helped me decorate on a number of occasions. The first time she helped me I had seen 2 pieces of furniture I liked but couldn't figure out if they would look right together. But Laurie worked with paint and things I already had and made the room work! My favorite project that Laurie did for me was converting a 20 year old linoleum floor to a piece of art. At the time I was working on a shoe string budget and had an incredibly ugly old cracked up linoleum floor. Laurie designed a fun, funky pattern and painted over the old floor. It turned out wonderfully and I received endless compliments because it was so beautiful and no one has a cool painted floor like I did! Whether you just need help with picking paint colors, a complete make over or just a little tweaking I would highly recommend Laurie Miranda.”

“On very short notice Kylynn, and her team, were able to beautifully stage a very large rooftop deck just minutes before showings began. The rooftop deck was a huge selling point for this property in Boulder - with $1.8M views of the Flatirons and foothills to the west. Not only did they deliver and arrange comfortable seating areas, they set a dinner table too (double-sided tape helped keep items in place). In addition, they planted colorful flower pots with real flowers. Large area rugs, accessories, pillows finished the look. They even brought a cute bench which was placed at the entrance to the home helping to set the tone - great curb appeal. All this was created without seeing the space in person prior. Just looked at photos online! Result: Multiple offers, over list price, under contract in less than 2 days.
