Although she is not an architect, she designed a renovation project that solved a myriad of problems without requiring the massive renovation suggested by several contractors. She is a pleasure to be around and has a wonderful positive attitude. My contractor, the subcontractors and our vendors all enjoy working with her as well because she is professional, conscientious, thorough and always well informed. She not only designed the basement but also helped us with the contruction process. She adds a lot of details to her work which makes it easy for the contruction process and shows attention to minor details which adds quality. She is respectful of our time and budget and gives us options to stay within our limits for both. She has a friendly personality which makes it easier to work with and fun during the project. A second larger barn [with 19 12X12 stalls (& room for more), 2 offices, 3 tack rooms w/3X8 client lockers, 2 restrooms, 2 wash stalls, 2 grooming stalls, feed room, workshop, lounge w/kitchen and a farriers area] was designed and built connecting to the indoor arena and an existing 13 stall stall barn. Both small barn & indoor arena were remodeled. The larger barn was moved into with horses in 4 months.”
