“Kara and my design team at The Design Firm were excellent. I appreciated all the hard work put in by everyone and I was very impressed by the extent they took to take care of our liking. Even when a few things did not work out, replacing the accessories was no problem. I am so so happy with the end result (especially the large painting). I highly recommend them and I look forward to working with them again!”

“Adeline was a pleasure to work with. She is reliable, hard-working and creative. I was 90% done with the purchase of furniture for my living room but hating how it was coming together. Adeline came in and rearranged things and pulled a couple of pieces from another part of my house and voila, I was beginning to love my room. She helped me finish that room and I worked with her on refreshing a couple of more rooms in my house. We purchased some new furniture as well as reupholstered pieces that we already have and we were very pleased with the results. Adeline does a great job with respecting budgets and utilizing pieces that you already own in new ways.”

“My partner and I hired Oz to help us in the building phase of our new home. We are thrilled at what the Oz team has brought to the process. Oz has been there at every selection and has helped to make the process fun, fun, fun! Building a house should be a great adventure. Not only fun, but Oz has been attentive to keep us in budget but ready to go along for the ride when we choose to escalate things. The taste level is very on point. Creative, Brilliant, Intelligent (as you can tell, we are happy customers!). Oz also made key contributions to the layout of the house itself. And the Oz team has been a fantastic springboard to bounce ideas off--giving us confidence that we were not going to paths best left uncharted. “I am a first time homeowner and I was at a loss about decorating. Houzz connected me with wonderful designer Flo Mangan and she’s been amazing! She has incredible talent and a keen eye for design. She helped me with the fabric for my "hand me down" occasion chairs and made them look like a million bucks! In fact, she is helping me with my whole house. She’s so quick to respond to all my questions. When I am out shopping and see something, I simply email her a photo and dimensions and she responds back in seconds. Now I am not constantly returning wrong things I buy or get stuck with something that can't be used. My home is now so chic. I think it can even be comparable to those homes featured on Houzz! Just take a look at the before and after photos for yourself! She gets excited with you about your projects like they are her own and most of all, she cares about you. She’s not about making money; she really wants to help people. She is so generous to share her talent like this with people in need. She needs to write a book: “Decorating 101 for Dummies”. Thank you Flo! I’m so grateful to you!”
