“I hired Carol Interior Fashions to do work on my home which had absolutely no charm. Carol came into my home, listened to my ideas and blended together a plan to reform my home. I wanted to do it right the first time considering the cost of paint ,furnishings ,window treatments and time. Carol went right to work with myself and my husband to help us transform our home creating a ,"Tuscan villa" feel. Carol was always very professional and always on time with deadlines. “I had a wonderful time working with Martha and her team. I was nervous to work with a designer for the first time, but Carrie and Martha made me feel completely at ease with the entire process. Going into our family room remodel, I wasn't sure about how everything would fit into my budget, but they helped me figure out what made the most sense for me. And it was amazing how well Carrie stuck to our plan! Even when my new sofa wasn't going to make it in time for a family gathering, she found and delivered a replacement for me to use until my actual furniture arrived. It would have been impossible for me to do this all on my own, and we love our new family room! Thank you girls!”

“I have worked with Laura Bischoff of Metropolis Design Group on two occasions--both with my 1924 family home in Tangletown in South Minneapolis and with my "empty-nest" modern condo on the river downtown. I loved working with her both times and highly recommend her. She is fun, kind, smart and great to be around and brings a wide variety of skills and a depth of knowledge that dramatically increases what is possible. She is hands-on--painting a lovely graphic element to make a focal point of a set of kitchen cupboards, for example--and also can access whatever other resources (both people and materials) that are needed. She has great ideas to extend a budget, a wonderful eye for color and texture. With both my homes, she helped create a sophisticated and wonderfully comfortable background for my life. “Sydney and Michelle are the best! They made my kitchen remodel so easy by helping select new counter tops, tile and paint that completely transformed the look and feel of our whole house (and stayed within our budget). We were so pleased that we hired them again to revamp our lake house. We painted some of what used to be floor to ceiling knotty pine to bright everything up, added new lighting throughout and a few key pieces of furniture.
