“I worked with Heather Nadeau Design to pull together the look I am going for in my new condo. I needed Heather’s advice and guidance on placement, area rugs , fabrics, and accessories, some new, and also incorporating what I have already. Heather is pleasant, personable, easy to talk to, listens to what I want, and guides and advises me accordingly. This is what I need Heather for, but I can confidently say that she would be most helpful in any area of design. I am always clearer on how to proceed after we meet to discuss something.”

Because of Lisa's skills, I stay true to my aesthetic and don't waste extra time and money on decisions that are off path. “I moved into a new home and needed a redo of my first floor and a bit of the bedroom and den on the second floor. Anna Hardy Evans ( owner of In Home Decorating) came highly recommended. I chose her to help me redesign most of my kitchen including reconfiguring closet, TV and wet at spaces. She helped me furnish a few rooms with custom drapes, and furniture and coordinated paint colors throughout the house. I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. There is a beautiful flow with the decorating that I couldn't have achieved myself.”

“Kathryn’s design expertise and creative energy are extraordinary. She brought our vision to full fruition, resulting in an extensive and comprehensive design plan from paint to furnishings. When construction is complete, we’ll have our dream home for post-retirement years. Kathryn quickly understood our context and vision including our needs, our space, and the appropriate scale that optimized the potential of our new home. Put another way, she effectively blended our more traditional leanings with our desire for contemporary and light driven surroundings. Kathryn not only contributed creativity, but she did so with warmth and patience, all the while pleasantly tolerating our frequent revisions and ambiguities. “Debra worked with me to re-decorate a guest bedroom in my home. She talked with me on a range of subjects and thereby gained good insight into my style. She asked what colors I liked, what sort of materials, whether I wanted to replace furniture or the rug. She was interested to see other rooms in the home that I particularly liked. She also let me know what was currently in style and how we could blend the old with the new. She provided many samples of wallpaper that were in the range of what I was looking for. When I thought that I needed a new rug she found the perfect complement to the room. I then decided to re-upholster a wing chair that was in another room, and again she came through with a number of possibilities. We talked about a number of possible styles for shades and went ahead with one that I had seen a photographed at the Ocean House. She also arranged for all the workmen that I needed for the painting and wallpaper, the upholstery, the shades and laying the new rug. She also gave me advice on other ways to finish off the room, all of which were right on target. Debra always took my schedule in consideration when setting up appointments and could not have been more enjoyable to be with. Good communication was never an issue. I plan to work with her on other projects in the home because this was such a good experience.”
