“Our master bath was in much need of a remodel. It was a Jack-n-Jill type bathroom and not a lot of space to re-arrange. Leslie was referred to us by our realtor so we scheduled an appointment for her to come and give us some ideas. We found her to be very creative, organized and easy to work with on our project. She had so many great ideas. I wanted a "cottage feel" but needed a little glam mixed in. She set up a Pinterest page where I could post things and she did as well. It was just fabulous! She has great referrals for contractors and that was a really good experience, too. One of my favorite things about her was she didn't make me feel overwhelmed. I told her up front I didn't want to go look at a million patterns, tile, countertops, etc. I would like to have 4 or 5 choices and pick from those. I always felt I could be completely honest with her. She follows up with her clients and contractors to make sure everything is going smoothly and on a timely basis. Would definitely recommend her for design projects and will use her again for our next remodel project.”

Since then, Allyson has been exceptionally generous in sharing her advice for my projects, everything from recommending the perfect rug, paint, mirror, lighting and more. She makes it all work, without being too fussy or overblown. Her talent is apparent, she just sees what needs to be done and helps you do it, whatever your budget! “I strongly recommend Orooj Chandiwala. She decorated several rooms and walls in my home. Orooj listened to my ideas in order to fully understand the style I wanted to pursue, then asked several insightful questions and offered great suggestions to help me hone my plan. It really makes the process much easier and yields much better results when a decorator listens patiently in an effort to truly understand your personal style and plan for your home. Orooj is fully aware of new trends as well as traditional ones, giving her a broad expertise that enables her to customize her approach to your particular style. She has a natural desire to please her customers and is very patient and welcoming of differing thoughts and ideas. I was extremely pleased with the result, but perhaps even more, really enjoyed my time with Orooj in developing the plan and putting it all together.”

“Mary Rooney is the best choice you can make when choosing a Home Designer. She is precise with her plans, creative, and mature in her design style. She is careful in making sure your property is improved with every decision. I recall her actually measuring several times the height of the soap dispenser so that it would not interfere with the function of the touch faucet she selected for our kitchen sink. " Who does that?" I asked my husband after watching her attention to detail. He grinned and replied, "Mary does." Every time I use the soap dispenser, I think of her caring choices. So many designers use trendy pieces for your home without any thought of quality or durability. Mary steers you to quality pieces that will add function and beauty to your home. She demands quality workmen and craftsmen. You can sit back and watch the orchestra of your project or remodel unfold before your eyes because she provides seamless results. Not only will you love the results, but you will feel better after the project because, quite honestly, Mary is the Home Designer Whisperer. Get gets you out of your home-renovation-fear-rut. There is never any arguing with workers or tradesmen because she has a solid reputation with the crews she uses; they respect and like her. She is as demanding in the choice of her tradesmen as she is to her plans. She is honorable. How many people do you know who deserves that descriptor? Not many, if you are honest with yourself.
