I don't have an extremely large budget and am terribly indecisive. Somehow Marietta seems to be able to work through all of that and come up with some fantastic ideas. One of the most important factors in dealing with Marietta is that I trust her implicitly. Her taste is impeccable, her vision extraordinary and her patience unending. We had a constrained budget; however, Ana was incredibly accommodating to our needs and budget restrictions and gave us great suggestions for cabinet color, countertop material, appliance/fixture sourcing, and furniture (bar stools) selection that integrated perfectly with our desired aesthetic. We were able to execute her design suggestions easily with her guidance and everything ultimately came in within budget to our delight. “Elizabeth Paul Design began design work on my home in mid-July 2022 with an evaluation of current furnishings followed by sending pics of various furniture. A visit to the furniture store followed about a week later. Elizabeth has displayed her enthusiasm to fulfill the project and has the capability to understand her clients needs, i.e knowing type of furniture someone may desire. Thus far, the modern contemporary style has been the goal. A fresh coat of paint and new furniture, carpet, artwork and light fixtures in the living room, kitchen and den. The project is on pace not to overwhelm financially with a few more rooms at a later date. In addition, Elizabeth has been designing the garden/landscape as the exterior my home has minimal flowers or other vegetation. She is very knowledgable on coordinating colors and style etc. to meet a flow pattern room to room or grouping of exterior flowers/shrubs. I look forward to continuing working with Elizabeth for as long as the project will take....photos will be provided or upon request.”

“Kelle has helped us with numerous projects...a bedroom remodel, living room, family room and bathroom. She has a unique ability to tap into the client's taste and utility of the space, but also what makes the space personal and meaningful. Her style allowed us to incorporate pieces that we had overlooked. Not only did we get personalized space, but we learned what holds importance to us. In addition, we were involved in the development of a children's literacy center at the University of Wisconsin, Parkside. We had Kelle design the space and she did an amazing job. Because of it's wooded location, Kelle brought the outside in with tree-like stenciled walls and kid friendly stuffed "log" furniture to sit on. The entire space is well coordinated with book shelves, sofas, tables and chairs that serve the purpose perfectly. We have had Kelle work in our home over a period of about 6 years. The literacy center project was completed in the fall of 2016.”

“This review may sound like Joan is too good to be true (or that I’m a relative writing this!!!), but she really is an outstanding decorator and a PLEASURE to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to seek her services, and I will certainly use her again when it’s time to update my master bedroom. She’s a gem. From the very first appointment with her, I was impressed and excited about working with Joan. I needed to update my entire first floor. It had been almost 18 years since the last time I had decorated. Joan arrived, listened to what my needs were, I begged her for her honesty and then she tactfully looked at each room (kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, powder room and the office). Within the 2 hours that I was with her, she was able to make changes; including rearranging my current furniture in ways that NEVER occurred to me. It was amazing! I was so excited. Then we proceeded to talk about window treatments for all of the rooms. Again, she listened to my thoughts and then gave thorough advice to me. She knew all of the current trends, had beautiful fabric samples and had great ideas on how to update my home. Not only did she come up with creative window treatment ideas, but she advised me, and helped me choose paint colors for every room, as well as unique decorating ideas for each area. Based on her sound advice, I ordered all the window treatments for each room from Joan. She was well-organized and no detail was left in question. She quoted a time frame that the job would be completed and she was absolutely accurate in her appraisal. When the window treatments arrived, she stayed at my home while her installer hung them to make sure that everything was as she ordered. All I can say is that I LOVE what she designed. The window treatments were even better than I imagined. The cornices and drapes in the kitchen, the living room and dining room were perfectly made. The workroom that Joan uses did a fabulous, professional job with the creation of my window treatments. I honestly could not be happier. Not only do the drapes look gorgeous, but her selection of wall paint was spot on. Joan also advised me on other accent pieces my decor could use (light fixtures, lamps, other accessory furniture, pictures, etc.) Her insightful decorating ideas and suggestions were invaluable. One key characteristic about Joan that cannot be ignored is her easy going and downright likable personality. Even though she’s exceptionally talented, she didn’t have a know-it-all attitude. Joan carefully listened to her me, made suggestions, and wasn’t offended if my opinion differed from hers. (Although, truth be told, I can’t think of anything Joan suggested that I didn’t fully embrace!!) She was so patient, and honestly did everything she could to make me happy, and the process of my home's redecoration to run as smooth as possible.
