I had an Interior Design Consultation with Hilary to discuss plans for a complete renovation of our kitchen and living area. We wanted to swap the use of these rooms and were struggling to picture what the new layouts could be - Hilary's ideas were great, it was so helpful to have a fresh view on things. We talked through how we wanted to use the space and this helped to form a picture of what was needed. She added some interesting ideas that we hadn't considered and renewed our excitement in the project. I would highly recommend a visit from Hilary, she really knows her stuff... and she's absolutely lovely too :)

Hilary is quite simply an incredible interior designer. From the very first meeting I knew she ‘got us’, understood our vision, style and quite specific brief, she was energised and engaging and we knew she was the person who would help make our dream a reality! And what a ride it’s been! Over the last 3.5 years Hilary has not only designed our incredible home, but project managed its transformation. She has brought our vision to life, she's provided new ways of thinking and helped us see different ways of approaching things, those little changes that can bring even more joy into a room, as well as managing the inevitable complications and challenges that arise when doing a renovation of this scale. She has guided us every step of the way, helped us create a space which celebrates our period home and its features, but has allowed us to put our stamp on it and truly create a home which makes our hearts happy! I can't recommend Hilary highly enough - it's been wonderful experience creating our dream home with her help!

Hilary is fantastic! She understood our needs, was honest, helpful and listened carefully to our ideas. Hilary provided a bespoke consultation, mood board and shopping list to reinvigorate our open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Hilary helped us with 2 bathrooms and an area of our bedroom - we had chosen all the fixtures and fittings while the house was being renovated and wanted to 'correct' some of our mistakes. I hated the tiles I chose for a bathroom and felt completely stuck on how to move forward. Hilary recommended a colour scheme, new furniture, ways to update permanent fixtures without breaking the bank, window fittings and an excellent bathroom fitter that could do it all for us. In our bedroom she took an area we had neglected, listened to our list of needs (boring stuff like laundry baskets, towel storage etc, space for a massive bloody TV) and designed a truly stylish space that we now love. Without her I have no idea if we would have even started the work or made even more mistakes.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! If you are reading this you are likely considering getting an interior designer, and wondering how to chose? Look no further- Hilary has been an absolute godsend for us. She’s helping us refurb a 1920’s period house for top to bottom. Her designs are wonderful, her communication clear and the outcomes picture perfect. She really does take the stress out of the whole process. The contacts she has to help pull the projects together are just the icing on the cake - from joiners to decorators, wardrobe makers to bathroom installers; all dependable and skilled workers. In summary - she’s amazing and you wont regret it!

We were impressed with the realisation of Hilary’s ideas for our daughter and son- in-law’s new home. The results complement the original cottage features, incorporating modern aesthetics; the need to accommodate a young family whilst maintaining a comfortable space for the parents. They were delighted with the result and we decided to contact her for a very simple brief to choose carpet and curtains. Hilary responded quickly and we decided to send a few pictures of the space we want to work on. She came well prepared and had taken on board our existing needs and our desire to update the room. Hilary really does have an eye for the space she works with but crucially she is very easy to talk to. We are looking forward to putting her ideas into practice.

Fantastic help to achieve make over of hall, stairs and landings. Very professional process and strongly tuned into our tastes. Very detailed help and plenty of problem solving and suggested alternatives when necessary.Above all we love the end result.

Hilary really listened to our brief and then used her style and skills to come up with a design that surpassed our expectations! She visited our home for an initial consultation to get a feel for our taste and style. She worked collaboratively with us throughout the whole process and responded promptly to any queries. We bought a cottage a couple of years ago, and it needed a bit of personality injecting into it. My wife and I approached Hilary and gave her what must have been a pretty confusing, waffly brief encompassing various styles that we liked... we had some measure of the overall aesthetics we were going for in the different rooms but weren't sure how to translate it. Somehow Hilary managed to interpret our haphazard collective thoughts into a series of concepts that just blew us away - she just seemed to 'get' us and totally nailed the brief, presenting back designs that we would have had no hope of articulating ourselves. She has most artfully blended in different colours and textures to make us rooms that have such distinct 'feel', and taken design decisions that we would not have been brave enough to take on our own. Honestly we couldn't be more happy with the work she has done, the house really feels like our home now. She's great fun and lovely to work with, and we're already thinking about the next project for her...

Hilary was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to get to know us, understand our needs and wants for the spaces she designed for us. The concepts were amazing and she really worked us out and identified our tastes! She encouraged us to maybe step a little out of our comfort zones, something that we are really grateful with now. She got the brief, the budget and us and just ran with the project. Such a professional with a great eye and passion for design. We can't thank her enough!

Hilary has helped us with 3 different projects over the last couple of years and has helped transform our house into the most beautiful home!
