Award winning London based design practice Oakley Moore is known for bringing a versatile, client-focused, fresh and creative approach to interior design projects in the UK, Europe and Internationally. We specialise in creating considered, comfortable tailor-made interiors for private residential and commercial clients. Led by founder Kate Aslangul, we were delighted to be Winner of the Best Living Space - Europe Award in The International Design and Architecture Awards 2019 and were shortlisted for 3 other awards, including International Interior Designer of the Year. We can also be found on The List at House and Garden. Our approach to each project is client-led, investing the time to draw out their vision and understand their needs. We understand that a home needs to be both a sanctuary and a reflection of the clients’ personality; to that end we work to understand the lifestyle of each client and how they will live in each space. We focus on layering, playing with texture, pattern, colour and scale; juxtaposing the old with the new to reveal the potential of their home to clients. Whilst convention will always be considered, as a designer by trade and a traveller by heart Kate believes that good design should not be constrained by boundaries or rules.
