We engaged Sai to look at some existing approved plans for our house extension, we were no longer sure we were making the best of the space we had or the new space we were going to create. Sai did a really good job of listening to how we wanted to use each space and bringing constructive challenge to our previous ideas. Sai was prepared to work through a few different iterations of ideas with us and we have ended up with a much better layout in the same area which we will now be revising our drawings to. Would highly recommend.

We hired Sai to help with our kitchen/ diner renovation and remodel. She came to visit our house and immediately we knew she had the same vision as us. Sai has been amazing! We contacted her after moving in to a new build house and basically nothing from our old house worked. We had never used an interior designer before so we didn’t know what to expect. Sai has helped us in so many ways - she has so many good ideas and knows where to find stuff. She is incredibly responsive and will work quickly if that is what you want. She will tell you straight if something will or won’t work and has suggested things that we’d not usually go for but we love. Sai helped us create every aspect our beautiful home extension. She was with us from the beginning, giving us guidance on the layout of the house and the small details to consider early on. She created 3d designs for different layout options and helped us think through how we would use each room on its own and in relation to the rest of the house. She took the time to visit us regularly during the build and was excellent at helping us visualise how changes we were considering would impact the final look and feel of our home. She created different 3d designs for each room to show us how the different options would work in combination with the rest of the room. She gave us comprehensive advice to guide our choices on paint colours, tile type and sizes, door handles, door colours, the positioning of lighting and sockets, wood flooring, kitchen units, worktop choices, dining chairs, indoor plants, really everything. She also came in at the end of the project to put together the final finishing touches that made the extension feel like our home again. I cannot recommend Sai highly enough. She provided such warm and consistent support to us throughout our long, challenging build and helped us create a wonderful home on our budget.

More than two years after extensive renovations to our house, I still hadn’t had the time, vision or confidence to complete any of the finishing touches. I contacted Sai as I needed some help and inspiration with re-designing our sitting room. I felt that it was tired and unwelcoming but I couldn't visualise how we could work with the existing space to completely change the shape and feel of the room. After the amazing transformation of my kitchen at the end of 2018 I reached out to Sai again to help me modernise my living room and conservatory. Little did I know that she was again going to stretch me to push boundaries and "trust her". The result was a knock down of the conservatory and in its place a stylish knock through extension with a wall of sliding glass doors onto the garden. Our house was a "style to sell" project but when we started we felt very unsure about the idea using a designer but once we met Sai she put our minds at rest and gave us the confidence to go ahead. Throughout the project she kept in touch and shared ideas and we shared with her our own ideas so we felt fully involved. The whole project from start to finish lasted 2 weeks and it was quite an experience watching as Argen and his team invaded our house at an amazing rate. It was fascinating to see the transformation and we were very happy with the result. Almost every room was restyled: lounge/diner, hallway stairs and landing, utility room, cloakroom, games/snug room, girls bedroom, boys bedroom and office. Even though our house was sold part way through the project we are thankful we still went ahead as we are now in lockdown so we are able to enjoy the completed make-over for a few months. It's such a great look now its almost a shame we are moving. Until the lockdown was in force Sai would visit on a regular basis and ensure the workmen were meeting our expectations but she was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions. We even gave her a virtual guided tour when everthing was finished. I would highly recommend using Sai for any interior design projects, she is very friendly and professional and ensured we were happy with the results.

I can’t stress what a big help working with Sai has been! I spoke to Sai feeling overwhelmed and having no idea about what our new home extension would look like. Sai was hired as a moving in present, and it was the perfect gift! Sai took time and understood what direction I wanted to go with the design of our living room. I wasn't happy with the layout of my business premises and wanted a quick and easy makeover. In business, it's first impressions that count, and when a customer walked in through the door, they didn't get that "wow" moment and it looked cluttered and disjointed. Sai knows how to make a space look good. With just a few little touches and suggestions she was able to completely change the look and feel of our downstairs reception area. The clutter is gone, the room has distinct work space areas and feedback from customers has all been positive. We also had a teaching room upstairs which was long and narrow, and we couldn't figure out how to best use the space. The shape of the room limited what we could do, but Sai's suggestions made sense so we split it into a teaching area and a waiting area. A quick, low budget transformation which was completed in 2 weeks.

I recently used the services of Sai for the refurbishment to the upstairs of my home. I have three daughters and wished to create homely individual rooms for each. We asked Sai for help to style our home for sale. She was able to bring a fresh pair of eyes to our home of 11 yrs. After many weeks of going around in circles with my kitchen design I enlisted the help of Sai and I'm so glad I did......it was money well spent. I roughly knew what I wanted but needed some creative support and inspiration to make the correct decisions and bring the whole look together. I was able to email Sai my general ideas and what I wanted from my new kitchen and she was able to translate that into a more tangible plan. She helped with worktops, lighting, french doors, feature wall, extractor fans, accessories and flooring (she pulled me out of my comfort zone with the flooring and I opted for a darker floor than I would have otherwise chosen). She also got me a much cheaper deal on my flooring than I could get elsewhere! I had 2 hours face-to-face time with Sai, spent between my home and the kitchen showroom. We looked at what kitchen furniture I'd already chosen and she helped me decide on the best colours and textures to give it that wow factor. She has also been happy for me to email her with any design queries and gave me websites to look at for the types of accessories that would complement my kitchen. I can't wait to see the finished project in February and now feel comfortable that the whole design is going to come together perfectly. I came across Sai's work on the Houzz app when I was searching for inspiration for my son's bedroom and I loved how she had transformed a teenage bedroom. So I decided that she should design my son's bedroom. Sai has a good eye for colour and style and she could see instantly what would work in the space. Sai's designs are not only beautiful, but practical and functional too. One thing that I loved was that I was involved in decision making, so I felt involved. She knew what I liked. In the end we decided to redo three of the rooms in the house, and will be calling her back to do the rest very soon.

We engaged Sai for help with the full interior design service of our Victorian cottage rennovation which included basement excavation, rear extension and loft conversion. In fairness Sai ended up acting as part designer, part project manager and part therapist! As a couple we severely lack creativity and struggle to visuallise ideas. So Sai worked with us through from space planning, room usage, electrics / plumbing specification and of course the final finishing details. She joined us for meetings with our kitchen company and developed a good relationship with our builder. It is fair to say that there are quite a few details in our house which wouldn't have been there without Sai's input. Sai was a pleasure to deal with and we particularly liked her style where we ended up just dropping messages of things we were mulling over to her and she would come back quickly each time with her thoughts. We did do proper sit down discussions as well but we really liked the continual dialogue as we were working through things in our own time.

With Saima’s professional knowledge and expertise she suggested three other paint colours that might suit our room better. We eventually chose Skimming Stone by Farrow and Ball and absolutely love it. The decorator also must have a mention as he was a complete perfectionist. His work was outstanding and he was so tidy. It was absolutely wonderful to work with Sai. She worked with us on a full renovation project - we had the whole flat ripped out and we started from scratch. 3D Visualization. Sai was awesome as always! She openly listened to all our concerns and provided various ideas and solution to our 3D visualization. Sai has project managed various work at my house over the past year. She has been a real asset and I would definitely recommend her to others. Even if to just get her in for an expert opinion on what could be done. We had bedrooms revamped and lighting changed all over. We then undertook an extension and garage conversion. There were stressful times but without Sai managing the project I dread to think how I would have survived! She has real vision and a flare for design and is great at finding the right colours and textures. She was also efficient and lovely to work with. I would definitely use her again.

Sai project managed the decoration of both of my kids bedrooms, from them sharing a bedroom. My daughters room was a challenge due to being in the basement and having to tank a wall (making the wall damp proof) which had a knock on effect on wiring and and capentry work. Thankfully my sons room was very straight forward with just a lick of paint. Sai designed the rooms and manged the work men for both room, she did a great job even dealing with the other halves OCD attention to detail and finish. He came out trusting her which is big deal. The tanking gave extran challenges to the workmen but thepeople who she got in dealt with it amazingly and did a fantastic job. We love both rooms, my daughter can be found in her room most days just chilling out, drawing at her dressing table, doing anything else an 8 year old likes doing. My son plays in his room and has redicovered his toys. I really enjoy standing at their door ways watching them enjoying their rooms. Well worth the money and the challenges. I would recommend Sai, she managed everything beautifully, designed the rooms to the kids and helped us to keep in budget where ever we could.

I asked Sai to look at the designs for a new extended kitchen to help me develop a vision of what I wanted, as I was feeling overwhelmed. She took me through all the decisions I'd need to make with ideas, examples and products to demonstrate to me my options. This has been incredibly useful in enabling me to be confident in my decisions. She also spotted some issues with the current kitchen design and made suggestions on how to improve it. I would highly recommend Sai for her creativity, advice, professionalism and warmth.

Working with Sai was a pleasure from the start. She helped us set out our project (loft conversion)in a manageable way. She enabled us to create a perfect haven in our chaotic life, our little 'boutique hotel bolt hole'. She sourced unique items and found little gems for us which really set the whole space off. Sai also held us manage wayward tradesman and manage negotiations with our contractors. Our build has been a success, not due to our contractors but due to a great creative and fun working relationship with Sai. We have no hesitation in recommending her or her tradespeople to anyone.

I hired Sai Interiors to improve a number of rooms in my home including my lounge and numerous bedrooms. I hired Sai to provide a much needed professional eye to produce the desired 'wow' factor that I felt was missing from my home. Initially Sai Interiors helped with the sale of our previous property. Advised on how to present the property more effectively for sale. We did not want to spend much money but Sai Interiors suggested changes which didn't cost a fortune and made a huge difference for instance changing the position of furniture, investing in some new cushions, throws, adding fresh flowers etc. Following on Sai Interiors managed and advised on the refurbishment of 2 bedrooms, a lounge and wc in our new property. We found the service highly efficient - Saima was very knowledgeable on fabrics, paint and accessories and where to find the best deals that matched our budget. Saima found beautiful wallpaper for my daughter's bedroom and liaised with carpenters, electricians, decorator and floor specialists over our new lounge. Saima's attention to detail was excellent as was her communication and resourcefulness. Have recommended already to friends and family.
