“Having had the same lounge for the past 11 years, I knew that I wanted a change but didn't have a clue where to start! From the moment I first made contact with Emma, I knew I would be in safe hands. I found a picture of a lounge that I loved on Instagram and Emma used this as a basis but then asked me about my lifestyle and what was important to our family to create the perfect vision for us, all within my budget. She was really friendly, warm and professional and instantly put me at ease. Following our initial consultation, Emma sent over a 'Creative Concept' which was beautifully presented, encapsulated everything that I wanted my lounge to be and set out the next steps. Once I had formulated my budget , I more or less handed the reigns over to Emma. I wouldn't have had a clue where to start with sourcing items and knowing what would work but Emma made this process completely stress free and really enjoyable! For every item I needed, she would send me over a range of different options to choose from and this was so much easier than having to scour the web for hours on end. From choosing large furniture down to the small ornaments on my mantlepiece, Emma helped with every little detail. The service Emma provides is absolutely outstanding. Being a complete novice in this area, I asked a lot of questions and sent her a lot of messages. Emma never once made me feel like I was asking too much or that a question was stupid! She replied to all my contact super quickly and always with really helpful advice or information. Whether it be dropping paint samples to my front door, measuring blinds, positioning ornaments on the mantlepiece, giving advice on upscaling, sourcing the perfect items.... there was a consistently excellent level of service and nothing was ever too much trouble. So, my new lounge is now complete and I honestly couldn't be happier with how it looks! I feel like I'm living in my dream show room, except that it is actually mine and is even better than how I originally envisaged it. I am so unbelievably grateful for all Emma has done - there's no way I would have been able to achieve this without her. It is clear that Emma is extremely passionate and knowledgeable, not only about interior design, but about helping people to make their dream homes a reality.
