Every job is laser templated, the homeowner signs off and, as the designer, I sign off on the paperwork paperwork as well. Everything is documented to insure the perfect countertop! They are also one of the only suppliers that I know of that offers a unique service called Slabsmith. It adds about a week of lead time, but for those homeowners who choose granite with a lot of movement, it's a fantastic tool!
