“Jimmy Cunningham and his crew renovated my basement in an older home in Toronto. They transformed a dark dingy basement - turning it into a wonderful one bedroom, plus den, open concept airy space. They were absolutely awesome to work with. They had a great attitude, worked fast to meet my deadline, accepted all my changes with a smile and the final result was exactly what I wanted. They were also extremely generous in coming back to add a couple of extra items I wanted at no extra charge. As well they built me an beautiful ensuite with shower and laundry room on my top floor, and transferred an old main floor bathroom into a modern well designed bathroom that my friends go "wow" when they walk in. The plumbing for the new bathroom was a design challenge that they worked through perfectly.
