“I hired Safe Step of Huntington Beach CA to install a safe step walk -in tub for my 89 year mother they did an outstanding job with the installation from start to finish highly professional and organized crew, we loved how it turned out made the bathroom look so much better not to mention the safety factor that we as a family now don't have to worry anymore about my mom falling out of her old tub, she loves it and uses it everyday. I highly recommend them.”

“Herk Wright helped us to remodel our entire downstairs eight years ago. I have since hired his company for other projects including a bathroom remodel a few years back. We just hired him again again to remodel our master bath. Herk has done a wonderful job on each of the projects. While he was not our lowest bid, he is professional, his employees are respectful and tidy, and most importantly, he is honest. When we remodeled the downstairs, we completely gutted and reconfigured the kitchen and moved some walls around, replacing some windows, doors, etc. We did use an architect prior to the work, and Herk worked very well with another contractor that was helping us with the construction details. We were careful to write up a contract that included penalties for delays, and he agreed to it, so long as we didn't slow things down by changing our minds. We both made sure that all major decisions were made before we started and the entire job was done in under the alloted 10 week timeframe. I can't say enough about his professionalism. On occasion, he has taken a while to get back to me about a future job, but when the work begins, his communication is excellent.”
