“Candace Nordquist is a Certified Kitchen design professional. She transformed our kitchen, seating area, family room, and entry into beautiful, highly functional, and comfortable spaces. She provided the design, material selection, coordination or purchase of materials, and recommended highly capable subcontractors I used to finish the project. Our waterfront house needed to have the view maintained or enhanced, the materials and colors needed to be capable of intense direct sunlight, and the traffic flow from the kitchen to the deck supported. She reorganized the kitchen placing flat surfaces between the arriving guest and the view. The tall elements were concentrated on the back wall giving a solid welcoming feel. Her 38" high waterfall granite table provides seating to enjoy the view. There are 28 cabinet drawers for storage, and the food prep, cooking, and clean up areas are all well organized. The electrical plan was also an integral part of the overall design. The under cabinet power outlets are especially nice and have minimized wall outlets. The lighting is able to be changed to create a variety of moods as well as provide specific task lighting. It is a pleasure to cook and entertain in this kitchen.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“Brittany designed and coordinated the remodel of our master Bath and Bedroom, our stairs and our down stairs office and entry way. She did a phenomenal job with the design and with the selection, coordination and monitoring of the contractors selected for the various remodel jobs. We are extremely pleased with the results. “Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA. In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom. We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.”

“Elliot Gesang and his crew have helped us on several projects. We added a master bath and the work and craftsmanship was excellent. We got a lot of bang for our buck! Much less than we expected. Even our kids want to use our shower instead of theirs! We also added a new front entry which looks awesome! I get compliments on it all the time. Then we re-sided the entire home, painted and put up all new seamless gutters. His crew did an excellent job on this as well. Finally they are just finishing our new huge patio and cover, the patio is exposed aggregate and looks great and the new patio cover will give us needed shade during the summer, cover from the rain and safety from the snow (our old cover nearly collapsed under the weight of the snow last winter. All in all they have done fantastic work. Gesang Inc. is a small company but works with you on everything from concept, to design to finish! Their prices are reasonable, they are responsive in all matters concerning the project, the employees are polite and respectful, they clean up after themselves and are just good hard working people! I would absolutely recommend Gesang, Inc. to anybody in Pierce County.”

“I own a sub-contractor and we work on all of Mike Tall's projects. He is definitely one of our favorite contractors to work for and all of my techs love working on his projects. He's professional and easy to work with but the most important thing to consider is that he spends time on all of this projects and he always makes himself available. So many contractors are hard to track down, Mike's not this way. He's very hands on which makes the projects go smoother and quicker. If I was doing a remodel on my own home Mike would be my first contractor of choice to work with.”

“We recently purchased our first home. Paul came out and looked at our potential kitchen remodel. While there he heard we were also looking for interior painters. He asked to bid on that as well. He did a thorough walk through and pointed out many things I hadn't noticed before. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, a day or two later Paul apologetically said that he could not meet our time schedule for the work since we wanted to move into the house within a month. It was the busy season for construction and I understood completely. I will not hesitate to get a bid from Paul again for future products since his obvious experience and expertise shone through during our one meeting.”
