“Highlands Home Services leader Shelby Baird did an excellent job on our bathroom project. The cost was on par with other quotes we received. Quality of work is outstanding. Shelby was always sure to maintain a clean workspace and keep our house free of debris during our renovation. Our project involved remodeling a bathroom in our house built in 1970. There were several challenges Shelby uncovered and overcame. Our project involved taking the bathroom walls, floor, and ceiling down to the studs., Shelby reworked plumbing, rerouted and modified electric, removed a very heavy bathtub, installed floor and wall tile, installed a new toilet, shower, and vanity. He painted walls, installed shower doors, put in all new plumbing and light fixtures, and all associated wooden trim. Shelby has a very broad skillset and was able to work through any problem he encountered. Additionally, Shelby is very polite and was respectful of our home. We would highly recommend Highlands Home Services for any type of renovation work needed in your home. The quality of Shelby's work is second to none.”

“Jason remodeled our guest and master bathrooms from December 2012 - March 2013. The guest bathroom remodel included the tear out and replacement of shower tile, decorative wall tile, floor tile and vanities. The master bathroom remodel included the complete tear out of the entire bathroom, including walls and an old jacuzzi tub. Jason and his crew were always on time, neat, polite and efficient. They cleaned up their work areas every day and left the rest of our house in as good working order as possible. Jason helped us design the layout for our new master bathroom. We love the finished product in both bathrooms. They are both gorgeous and functional. There were absolutely no surprises with any of the invoices. Jason communicated all overages and underspending to us throughout the project. The final invoices were exactly what we'd anticipated.
