Working with Rachel and Drew was a pleasure including their professional ability to understand our requirements and ability to keep our kitchen remodeling project on time and within our planned budget. “I am pleased to recommend Razwillas Builders to anyone considering having remodeling or renovations done to their homes. I was looking to replace a drafty, worn looking sliding glass door at my condominium unit several years back. When I contacted Peter, he was quick to reply to my request for an estimate and within a week, we had scheduled installation of my beautiful new slider. The crew that came to do the installation was amazing as well. They were friendly, prompt, professional, and cleaned up after the installation so well, it looked like they had never been here! The slider is beautiful and I could not be more pleased with the process from beginning to end. All this AND Peter was able to find a GORGEOUS slider that fit in to my budget. I will definitely use them again for my next remodeling project. Thank you for a wonderful experience from beginning to end!”

“Complete demolition of our 25 year old kitchen. Floor to ceiling. Approximately 50 drawers/cabinets, including 7 glass cabinets. Quartz countertops. Tile flooring. All lighting upgraded to LED. Installation of 6 appliances, 2 sinks. Our new kitchen is truly an "Award Kitchen." Absolutely beautiful. The attention to details was superior. Considering the scope of this project, we had minimal problems, all of which, were corrected quickly. Guest bathroom was remodeled at the same time to match the kitchen...also beautiful. I would most definitely recommend this company!”

“Guidance in layout, colors and helping us to discover what future owners may like in a kitchen were the objectives that we were looking for in a kitchen remodeler. We found just that and more in Paul at Dreammaker. While helping us to find styles and colors we liked, they kept us advised of the price of our choices and kept us from making color mistakes. We were very happy with the construction process. We were amazed at the speed of the demolition and that the team contained the dust quite well. Their team worked hard to stay on schedule and actually finished a bit ahead! They were great in helping us through changes to the plan that we or they found necessary. Their new layout gave us more room so we are no longer bumping into each other and made the room seem so much bigger. We have gotten many complements on the kitchen remodel especially on the back splash and counter space. All in all they did a great job that we have been happy to show off.”

“We recently renovated our house and were so pleased to work with James and Mark from South Broad Paint Center and Decor. They helped us with the kitchen cabinets, bathroom tiles, and paint selection. We found them to be extremely patient, knowledgeable and detail oriented despite our indecisiveness. We were also pleased with their competitive prices and efficiency (Mark provided us with numerous paint and tile samples and delivered them to our house on several occasions, and James was always available, provided 3-D renderings and responded quickly to our questions while also ensuring that the kitchen installation was going smoothly). We would strongly recommend South Broad Paint and look forward to working with them in the future.”

“This is a husband-and-wife team. Renee handles the design and Ken acts as the contractor. Renee did a wonderful job helping us design our kitchen so that it functions well, and is stunningly beautiful. I showed her a photo of a kitchen that I loved the "feel" of, and she was able to give us the same feel without copying the individual elements of the kitchen I admired, and we were able to incorporate many custom features that are particularly useful to our family and lifestyle. Also, I was impressed that our kitchen is a very different style from other kitchens she has designed, reflecting my husband's and my taste. She has a wonderful eye for color and style, and was able to guide us and tell us if she thought something we liked might not look right (and she was correct). Ken manages his subcontractors very well, so that the construction schedule runs smoothly and the project is finished in a timely manner. Also, the quality of the people he hires is very high, and I was very comfortable having them in my home without supervision.”
